These taste great. I use these daily after a meal to stay regular. Easy to chew but they are a little sticky on the teeth. I chose these because the caps have to be taken with a lot of water. (I usually sip water all day as opposed to drinking large quantities at once.)

I wish that I would have bought the gummies in the beginning ! I was taking Metamucil orange smooth a few months ago and it worked really well but I started to develop heartburn after some time. So I switched to Metamucil clear fiber but after 4 days nothing happened it didn't work. Finally I ordered these and they did the job. They are really good and smell great! It's easy to eat and taking two of them should do the trick.

First time trying these. They do have a very chewy texture , but overall taste was good (orange). Once you chew them they are easy to swallow. Decent value for my money. Not sure how I feel overall gut health wise, but I feel better than drinking an 8 ounce cup of water mixed with the powder.

I have been taking these for 2 weeks now. They are tasty but stick to the jar and they are hard to get out. I feel no difference, except the terrible gas I get after taking these.
