Nuage MEN Shaving Oil Menthol Pre Shave with Pump 20ml (3 Pack)

Wasn't too sure about this, wasn't really familiar with using oil to shave.I'm bearded and I decided to try a straight razor to clear the lines and make me look a bit less like a vagrant! So we're talking about removing cheek fuzz and neck fuzz primarily. This is a super product for that. It's clear of course so you can see what you're doing to (hopefully! :-)) get reasonably 'clean' lines.I wasn't too sure how I'd get on with a straight razor. Lots of reviews and people commenting on YouTube vids saying they were 'too afraid' of it. I did cut my finger putting the blade in before I started (oops!). I didn't think that boded too well...!But after three shaves with it using this product: no nicks at all! And much less irritation too!The oil works great to lubricate the skin for the shave and the menthol in it tingles a bit and feels like it helps to open the pores/ keep them open after washing the face with warm water prior to shaving to give a better shave.I'll definitely get this product again, though a little of this product goes a long way and there were three tubes of it included, so it's great value!I only wish I'd discovered the 'cut throat razor' years ago! Spent my early shave years on junk cartridge razors (costly, skin irritating, cr@p product) like many males I guess, then graduated to electric shavers (still irritated the skin, not really for me).Finally- the 'scary' 'cut-throat' which actually gives me by far the closest shaves I've had with the least irritation too! You have to be a little bit careful of course with a razor blade on your face but it's well worth it in my experience anyway!

Used oil before and got a good close shave

Bottle itself is a little flimsy and the amount per bottle does vary. However it’s a good gel and leaves a nice feeling

Hlpsshaving with razor or electric razor. The size is much smaller than the picture although it is stated how many miles in the description, when spaying it flies everywhere but overall I am happy with the purchase and it is definitely goo for pre electric razor preparation

I switched to shaving oil a few years back, and this one is perfect for travelling. Lasts longer than expected too.

I use this stuff all the time now with my Philips shaver. The result is as good as any wet shave I’ve had. I would highly recommend

I'd really recommend a shaving oil over foam or soap if you have sensitive skin, it reduces friction dramatically.However, if you're just making the transition now, make sure to thoroughly dry and rub the oil off your face to prevent spots and irritation.I find this can be used in the shower well.4/5 it does clog up the razor but it's now a travel essential for me
