This Basil has a chemical mint flavour. I tried it in an oil based and dairy based carrier at different strengths and the awful taste persisted. Not a single hint of basil notes. It is bad... really really bad. I tried but it is terrible.Also, there is a difference between a return policy and refund policy and a replacement policy. I am ok with not returning a product but as a business you should be engaging with your customers through a refund policy or replacement policy. How else do you get the feedback that your product is not meeting the mark? I will not purchase any other of your products if you miss the mark so badly with the first flavour I purchased.More than one person tasted that before it hit the bottling process.

I will definitely buy it again.

If you get the garlic as I did be aware a little goes a long way.Very impressed. However packaging could have been better as it leaked a little.

I've been buying these a while now and they are always lovely. I haven't tried them 'raw' yet but I make my own coffee syrups with them, just slowly boiling up some sugar, water and the flavouring, which is very unhealthy but tastes absolutely gorgeous. The caramel fudge one is definitely my favourite but I have to be careful I don't put too much in the pan because too much can taste a bit chemically.
