Is this suitable for alternating ibs,constipation and diarreah?

Whilst everybody with IBS or gastro conditions is different I can say that I have personally found these probiotics very helpful. I’ve tried a number of things in the past and these seem to work best for me. Definitely noticed a change for the better. Expensive but mortgage it in my opinion

Were these originally cultured in dairy?
