I am very satisfied with the product. I bought it after watching a Vogue video with Liv Tylor. She said she had trouble finding an eye make-up remover that didn't irritate her. This product absolutely meets expectations, does what it has, smells beautiful, does not dry out and removes without the use of water. The price is a bit higher, but it pays to invest. The package is 100ml, I do not know how long it will last. Using the week.

I have purchased this product several times directly from Sarah Chapman's website without any issues. However, this is my first time buying it from Amazon, and unfortunately, the pump does not work. It seems this problem has been reported by several customers for months, yet the supplier has not resolved the issue.Returning the product through Amazon is not straightforward. To initiate a return, you must click on "Report an issue with this product" next to the item's description where you add it to your basket, then follow the provided instructions.Upon opening the bottle, I discovered there is no tube at all connected to the pump, which explains why nothing comes out despite pressing or shaking it.I also contacted Sarah Chapman's customer care service, but they informed me that refunds cannot be processed directly through them and must be handled via Amazon.If you are considering buying this product here, be aware of the manufacturing defect with the pump and the challenges with returns.

If I could afford it I’d use SC all the time. This has a beautiful fragrance and leaves my skin so beautifully soft and subtle.

I have been using this fabulous cleanser for years and have bought via a high street shop. It is an expensive product but worth it.Seeing it a bit cheaper on Amerzon I purchased it. The casing is undamaged but it will not pump the cleaning product out,no matter how many times I have tried.I want a replacement but seem not to be able to request a return or any help. Can someone please help me

It's a lovely cleanser, smells nice, feels nice, I like the packaging, not having to put your fingers into a tub is nice, but I just don't think there is anything that makes it above any other similar cleansers. But it is nice and if you want to treat yourself then maybe this would be worth it.

I am very impressed with this cleanser. I had previously tried the radiance cleanser but this suits me far better. Rich in texture and smells lovely, it gets every bit of makeup off my face including hard to shift mascara. Leaves my skin feeling soft but not dry.

Absolutely rubbish mechanism for the pump mine was not working for a brand new product and it’s brand-new and I’ve never had a chance to use it. They really need to update their packaging. I called Sarah Chapman clinic and they refused to replace the product so I would recommend not purchasing this product due to poor customer service. I’d recommend FaceGym products and much better customer care and facials.
