Below is what I wrote in my last review, I have since learned this is totally down to user error and I’ve since fixed the Jack. I had unwound the knob too much and created a leak I knew nothing about and this made the Jack lose pressure and allow too much air. I just had to purge and refill with oil and bam we’re good as new! I’m easily pulling 20-25% on some strains and that’s still around 190degrees. Sick little press for the money This product was amazing for about a month but I started to notice a leak of oil coming from the bottom that got worse and now the pump has lost all pressure and cannot press a thing 😢 that was a big purchase for me so not sure what to do now.

First off delivery was well missed and no communication from seller to resolve late delivery they include delivery in price then say it’s free so when they miss the delivery they know they will miss you can’t get delivery back VERY POOR SHOW! the machine itself looks the part the handle is a total nightmare and if your not careful u will thread the threads and it will be useless. Works fine once handke issue solved but would never use company again or recommend to anyone buyers beware!

Product seems like a good design, would have given 4 stars but arrived damaged, so only 1 star. A little disappointing, it had obviously been dropped, the casing hade a crushed corner and other warping in the metal sides. Not down to the supplier of the machine, but seems to happen a lot that pricier items turn up damaged. Seller offered a full refund, (although I asked for a replacement), so item sent back. Will probably get the same machine when the refund is through. hopefully undamaged.
