A good basic flash drive
Arrived on time. A good basic flash drive. Does what it is supposed to do. A bit of trouble getting the cap off initially as it's new, but this will ease over time.

Ace! Flawless and full of SPEEEEEED!
I've been using this drive (USB 3.0/64GB) occasionally for a couple of months now (which arrived in no time by the way - thanks 7dayshop)!This is easily the fastest drive I've ever owned personally and before-hand was using a Sony 32GB usb (usb 2.0), which in it's own right is fast for a usb 2.0, but this thing blows it out of the water!I'll be honest and say that the Philips brand swayed me in buying one of these, as well as the fact the size capacity and usb 3.0 were all a bargain for the cost (even a few quid cheaper now). The drive has been performing flawlessly and reads without any issues at all (both on my macbook pro and in my car).Writing files to this drive is a doddle and takes no time, transferring a 20-track album for instance, doesn't even provoke the transfer/loading tab to pop up, it just does it there and then. A 3CD album, say 20 tracks per cd probably takes an average of around 5 seconds to transfer, fast as you need :)I'd recommend this drive all day long!* I've attached an image of a speed test just performed, hopefully helps someone.

Philips 64GB USB3 memory stick
Initially I gave this product one star and critised the slow speed however I have been using this all week and find that it is a lot quicker than the initial use and on occasion have been getting faster speeds than the advertised maximum of 10MBs. The initial slow speed must have been down to the initial back up copies I was making with complex folder hierarchies that caused the slow speed.Generally this a rally well made memory stick and well worth the money. I will certainly buy another when needed.

Fast. Oh my word this device is fast.
Chose a Philips one based on past reliability. Very happy with this device so far. Reasonably sturdy i.e. not flimsy. Surprisingly quick to be recognised. 58.8GB formatted capacity. Fast. Oh, so fast. If you need the figures, Windows 8 said this: Just over 100MBytes/sec average read and write. Peak read was about 350Mbytes/sec which I suspect is the limit for USB3.

Rarely used, now corrupted!
I generally use USB sticks to store important documents, photographs, etc. Sometimes I use the sticks to move a scanned document from printer to a laptop.I purchased this USB stick several years ago and, when I came to access the files, the drive was "corrupted" and could not be read. I took this to be a one-off problem, but my sister recently asked me to check a USB stick for her and it was also a Philips one (looks the same). She also had the corrupted disk message.I cannot recommend this product, as files can be so easily lost and this would be disastrous for a student or any other backup scenario.

Disappointing drive
It's just a memory stick, so easy to use. However, since attempting to transfer large files, I am disappointed with the transfer speed - it struggled. Also, not 64 gb! More like 57. Why?

A decent price for a good amount of storage - and USB3 too
A decent price for a good amount of storage - and USB3 too! The delivery was reasonably prompt, and the packaging was good. The drive projects aboutn 4cm when installed, and the shape doesn't prevent another USB stick being inserted alongside it in a laptop. The drive installed almost instantly; Windows 7 recognised it immediately; and it is trouble-free in operation. The very start and end of a file-copying process via USB3 seem slower than the main transfer, which proceeds quite quickly and smoothly. All in all, I'm quite happy with this purchase.
