Kinda of a chalky taste so I mixed with 8 oz of water. To make the package last longer, I would mix 1 Tbsp with 1 oz water and drink as a shot and wash it down with juice. 15 years later, a new co-worker thought I was 5 years younger than my real age. Highly recommend!

Lower quality than the previous version used. Easy to use as it mixes with water. Doesn't have much taste, but it can still make a shake taste "off." I just prefer it in water. Good for bone and skin health like all collagen. No sugar added but pricier than other brands and while it says with peptides it does not contain them.
