Bristol Novelty BA351 Feather Wrist Parrot, Unisex-Adult, One Size Halloween, World Book Day

my duaghter loved this for her 'pirate-day' at school - it looked the part and she had lots of compliments. The shoulder strap was fairly huge but we just used a safety pin to fasten it into place. It isn't very strong though and has now broken but I didn't exactly expect it would be something that was going to last a lifetime anyway. Great for the money.

Good quality put the pirate on the stick for a pirate outfit.

Cheap and cheerful but looked good with my pirate costume & several comments. Tail feather fell off almost immediately though but nothing a bit of glue can’t fix.

Cute but the long tail feathers had already came off before I took out from the packet it is really cute though and everyone loved it

Absolute rubbish

I was quite happy about the fact that the lovely Parrot has been really durable. I had a party and many people where putting it in and out of their shoulders and the Parrot was still saved and sound. Looks really good and just perfect for that costume you are putting together. It really did dive it the right edge I suppose. Really pleased with this one.

Good design but so poorly made and put together. The wrist elastic is so badly glued it appears a kid has been let loose with a glue gun for the first time with strand of excess glue all over the place. The tail was also so badly glued on and as the items were sent in just standard grey plastic bags these have broken off. Awaiting refund/return.

Love it, Love it and love it a bit more! This is a polystyrene bird with real looking feathers! I had it delivered at work and due to some complications with drivers, it finally arrived 4 days late (thank you Amazon for sorting things out). I had to open the box and my staff and I had a good half an hour of laughs as it is really good. It's very light in weight and the elastic band is good enough to hold it in place on a man's shoulder. It's head is slightly bent so it looks like it is talking to you and I think it is the funniest prop I have seen in a long time. We are going to have a wonderful Pirates and Princesses party (it's a friend's 6 year old party). Arrr Arrr Arrr! 13/07/14 AFTER PARTY UPDATE: The kids were mesmerised and kept touching it and caressing it. The adults laughed and I was happy. I took a selfie for facebook and many asked if it was real! RESULT! :)

Lol I absolutely loved this bird and the memories I got taking these pictures. I read other reviews about the quality and feathers so I was weary, but I needed a bird at a good price. My son is 13 and easily got it on. It did slip a little cause he’s small but it did when he moved to much. The feathers were nice and I took great care of him until the photo session. When I first put it on, my sons smile at it took my heart! I’m glad it came nice and Undamaged. Im totally happy I got it!
