I used this to add some privacy to patio doors (and if I'm honest to stop the dog from barking at every passing cat, bird, shadow, leaf.....etc). The doors are in the living room of the house and I was concerned that it might take away the light that the windows give but I am really pleased with the result.During the day the room is still bright and benefits from the natural light from the patio doors...in the sunshine it creates lovely rainbow patterns, but I have to say the effect for me is best at night, the windows look fab with lights on and mean that we can keep the curtains open even in the dark without the worry that neighbours can see in. Having checked form the outside the privacy effect definitely works and again the pattern looks really nice with the lighting from the house during the evening.I installed on 2x patio doors myself within an hour or so, it was a bit fiddly to cut the sheets to size as I was on my own and the sheets want to roll back up, but once I did this the installation was easy. I did have some issues with the corners turning up no matter how much I smoothed them down but I took the advice from the advert and used a hair dryer to warm them up and this worked perfectly (if I had read it sooner I'd have saved myself some time!).Would absolutely recommend....looks better than I anticipated and my noisy pup is calmer now he can't see out!

There’s nothing wrong with this product.Using this film means you can change the pattern as many times as you wish... a darned sight cheaper than replacing the glass!!Reading the sad 1-star reviews of people that cannot get the film to stick on are either totally inept or they’re doing it wrong, so take no notice.Follow the instructions to the letter and be PATIENT. Allow time for the natural curve of the product after it’s been unrolled to dissipate. If the corners start to peel use a hairdryer to warm and gently ease the edges and corners into place with either a stiff plastic card (eg, credit/debit card} or use a tilers squeegee to smooth the edges into place.I’ve used 3 different patterns of these and they were all easy to fit and 2 of them are still firmly in place after 4 years!I just wish they would produce a wider version. 90cm width is no good for a 120cm window if you want to get the pattern in the correct orientation.Good product and very attractive once done.

Used it for our patio door as neighbours could see directly into dining room from their bedroom window. When the sun shines it displays such gorgeous rainbow colours and the tulip design is beautiful and very apt considering it leads to our garden. Will be ordering a second one for the other window of the sliding door. You do have to literally soak your window with water and I can assure you, it will stay, however if your window is dirty it won’t stick so you do need to follow the instructions and place on a clean surface!! The only downside which is why its not 5 stars is that there is no cutting guide with numbers, would be so much easier, very difficult for such a large surface to measure and cut without a guide, however, my husband did a great job as I didn’t want to be responsible for a wonky cut!!! The photo doesn’t give it justice and wouldn't want to give potential buyers the wrong impression! Definitely would recommend, so easy to slide about and place into position once it’s been cut, no sticky back awful experience at all!!

This is excellent privacy screen, just what I was needing, easy to put on, colours are amazing too very happy

I needed for my bathroom window. Blackout is amazing, no one can see if I’m in my bathroom even with my bright light on. I had enough to do the outside which is what I bought it for but had enough to do the inside too. Looks so pretty and I love how using water made it so easy to put up rather than the self adhesive rubbish that I bought before. Sorry my picture is not the best but I took it when I was sitting outside. Definitely worth buying for sure. Very happy 😊

The room becomes pitch black when lights are off inside the room. Quite pretty with lights on, different colours come out of design. When the sun shines on the window it provides heat.

This was really good for blackout but moisture started to collect underneath it, despite me initially squeezing out the water and then when it got sunnier, the window became so hot that it burnt your hand to touch and the material smelt from the heat, I was concerned the glass would crack so took it down. However, the product stuck to the window nicely, looked pretty and did blackout, I just couldn’t keep it up. Perhaps I read something wrong despite looking at the specification and as it’s black, which absorbs heat, i didn’t expect it to stay cool at all but this was ridiculous. Maybe it wasn’t suitable for such a sun facing window where it beats down.

Bought this easter Saturday came easter sunday put it up today very easy to do made a world of difference to our privacy and looks a million dollars when up . Will be ordering more for another 2 windows I have . Thank you delivered promptly .

Ich habe diese Folie für meine Balkontür genutzt. Das Design ist sehr schön,auch mit dem Laserefekt super. Die Folie lässt sich einfach und sehr gut anbringen,sehr robust. Wenn man von außen reinschaut kann man nur leicht Umrisse erkennen,ist also sehr blickdicht und lässt aber trotzdem viel Licht in den Raum.

Pellicola molto bella e utilizzata per garantire la privacy su una finestra della cucina dove non volevo applicare delle tende. Perfetta per le mie esigenze, l'ho comprata restando un po' scettica ma dal vivo ha superato qualsiasi aspettativa.Facile l'applicazione con sola acqua e la rimozione delle bolle.Lascia passare la pressoché la stessa luce che arrivava prima dell'applicazione e crea degli effetti di colore come in foto.Attenzione a controllare il verso dei fiori prima di applicare, come si nota in foto l'ho applicata senza farci caso e su un vetro i fiori sono nel verso opposto rispetto all'altro.In ogni caso, è facilissima da scollare e riposizionare correttamente non essendo adesiva.

Un film de qualité qui habille les fenêtres de façon superbe.Il est facile à poser, le film a une petite épaisseur qui le rend facile à travailler.Il freine la chaleur extérieure sans empêcher la lumière naturelle d'éclairer la pièce, il ne l'assombrit pas. Il nous préserve bien des regards indiscrets.Concernant les couleurs, il est aussi magnifique à l'ombre qu'au soleil, à la lumière artificielle intérieure et/ou extérieure. Les couleurs sont douces mais elles peuvent être aussi plus soutenues. Tout dépend également de l'angle de vue. Il y a de multiples couleurs tout en harmonie selon la luminosité du soleil mais il est également très beau en blanc, quand le soleil ne pointe pas encore ses rayons au travers. J'ai un mur peint en blanc en face d'une des fenêtres, le soleil était bien présent, et il était constellé de couleurs pastel, d'un très bel effet. Je l'ai acheté en diverses hauteurs et longueurs mais je ne fais qu'un seul commentaire. Aucun regret ! Merci au vendeur et à Amazon.
