Do the designs look the same from the reverse side.???

I have double glazing on my door and window and you can still see the design. The prism effect only shows inside but not seeing those same effect from the outside. I love mine

Does it provide 100% privacy as I want to use in my bathroom window?

I haven't used mine in bathroom (yet) but from what I've noticed in daytime I can only see various colours reflecting but not been able to notice outlines of any family.

The thin film is on the smooth side. If it’s not removed it won’t stick to the glass properly, especially the corners. Once it’s removed you will find that when you go to place it on the glass it kind of sucks it up towards it.
