OxeDerm Body Care Wash 100ml / 3.4 fl Oz with 2% Salicylic Acid

I bought this, as it was recommended by a friend for helping to remove a darkening sunspot on my forehead. I am very pleased with the results so far. I just put a tiny drop over the sunspot and then moisturise all my skin as normal. The sunspot is slowly fading, hence the 5 star review.

I've been using this for just under a week, I'm on day 6 of using once a day at nighttime before in go to bed, I have very oily acne prone skin and nothing will seem to work. Within the first use I could see a change, my redness had pretty much gone and stubborn spots were starting to reduce and clear up, I'm currently on day 6 and this is the clearest my skin has been in over 7 years I only have like one or 2 barely noticeable spots and my skin doesn't get as oily. It's a small bottle so i was a little sceptical at first but don't let it put you off, but you don't need to use a lot. It is on the pricy side but it's definitely worth a try even if it's only the once. Update- I used this for a few months and it was fantastic, However I ended up on antibiotics and then onto accutane 5 monthsater due to my acne being hormonal and would respond to treatment then stop.

I initially found OxeDerm when looking for an alternative to the previous product I had used that now no longer sells in the UK, I was worried & concerned because I had used my previous product for over 10yrs. I have now been using OxeDerm for 3 months and am ecstatic about it, so much so that I am also purchasing it for my god-daughter. Whilst at first I worried that it was not grainy like my previous product, its smooth silky texture leaves my face & neck (I only use it on my face & neck) feeling clean clear and soft, as well as spot-free, I have been blighted by hormonal acne, but in the last 3 months, I have only noticed 1 blemish that did not even show on my face. I think this product is even better, ooh and its cheaper than my last product.

27 year old female with oily sensitive skin that started getting spot prone after the birth of my first child. By far the best stuff I've ever used and I've used a LOT of different things. It's tons better than proactive (which I diligently stuck with for about 4 months before seeking something else) and I saw results within the first week. I've only been using it about 5 weeks and my skin already looks and feels better than it has in years. It's not too drying either. I found some products work well to get rid of acne but leave your skin flakey, and this is not the case with this one!! I cannot recommend this enough. If you use this and combine it with Clearzine pills the results are even better. I'm really so so happy. My skin always caused me such low self esteem and now I actually feel comfortable enough to leave the house without makeup on, something I haven't done since I was about 22!

Smells nice despite not having fragrance. It doesn’t dry out skin. Has a very good ingredient list. I have been using it for a week and I haven’t seen any results yet but hopefully it results should show over time. It’s very expensive for such a small quantity. It feels nice and smooth on skin and it foams. It’s a good gentle soft exfoliation shower gel that you can use daily.

I bought this last week and used it twice in one day and wont be using again, the reason for that is because firstly it says on the back of the bottle you can use on your face which should be taken off. i would warn people to not put anywhere near your face and if you have sensitie skin to not use this product at all. After using the product once in the morning and then later at night on my back, chest and a wee bit on my face,i woke the next day feeling and looking like i had sunburn. My skin was red raw, dry and tight and very sore and had to go to he doctors to get an antihistimine and cream for inflamed skin. the product uses salicylic acid and while i understand this is used in alot of products there is no indication what volume of it is in the bottle and this may be the cause to my reaction.

Great item, have been looking for something that is reasonably priced and effective in helping with my skin since using on occasion the Cepton medical wash, which is crazy expensive now, and this was a perfect alternative. Looking forward to seeing more results. And you don't need much of it at all when using.

2 MONTHS UPDATE: This product has significantly improved my skin. Any pimples that I get now are very close to the surface (no more deep/large cysts) and this has cleared up a LOT of the existing acne around my shoulders/back. My back/shoulders now feel smooth! -------------------- I've had chest/back/shoulder acne for many years now and haven't really put in much effort to getting it under control. Sometimes the acne can get particularly bad - especially around the shoulders, where I get painful cysts that physically hurt. Not pretty. I use this product once a day, as part of my daily morning shower routine. I can confirm that it definitely reduces the breakouts I get. When I started using this product I noticed a difference immediately. However it's not a miracle cure - it won't completely resolve your acne and I suggest you use this as a preventative measure but if you want to really get your acne sorted I'd go to the doctors. I knocked off one star because: - It's very expensive. Over 5x as much as my regular bodywash - The bottle is tiny (100ml). Make sure you ONLY USE IT ON ACNE-AFFECTED AREAS! Use a regular bodywash everywhere else (otherwise the bottle will run out in a couple of days) - It lathers well enough, but it's kind of liquid-y and runny so it can easily escape your hands if you're not careful - It's not super intuitive with the way you get it out of the bottle. You kind of have to turn it upside down and shake it/squeeze the bottle and a small amount comes out. Very poor design.. I'll happily buy this again as long as my breakouts are reduced by using it.
