Great Supplement to add to any lifestyle. Excellent to add to teas prior to working out or in the morning as a little boost.

I compared it to other online ones because i didn't want to get a crappy version and this was worth it. It was like less than £10 which is cheap. I put 2 spoons in water and it's strong enough but also not overpowering. I don't have anything to compare it as it's my first time trying pine tree pollen to really but as a standalone product I have zero complaints.

Due to the mild taste the powder is very versatile for use in various recipes. It can be easily incorporated into a variety of dishes, including tea, coffee, smoothies, ice-cream, and even cooking and baking recipes. I bake my own bread and have added a few spoonfuls to the flour mix and it gives the bread a delightful light flavour. This has made it even more convenient to enjoy the potential health benefits of this superfood supplement into my diet.

I was recommended pine pollen by a friend as I am trying to change my diet and kickstart a healthier living. Alongside cutting out meat and as much dairy as I can, I’ve taken to pine pollen to add in water or tea. It works well in both and has a pleasant natural taste. I have reviewed the benefits and overall I feel great. More energised and I’m hoping the anti ageing benefits come to fruition now I am over 40!
