They work!
I’m so pleased as These actually work and enable me to eat some gluten based food as a treat without suffering the consequences.

Amazing!
This product is absolutely incredible. I have been gluten free for a number of years now due to IBS and a gluten sensitivity. These tablets work so well, that when I eat a gluten-containing bread roll I get no bloating, cramping or any of the other nasty symptoms! The only symptom I have found is that the tablets work so well I can become very hungry again about an hour after the meal that contained gluten but other than that they work perfectly. I truly wish I had found these tablets sooner.*UPDATE*I've used these for a little over two years at this point and I keep coming back to buy more. I've been able to go out for meals worry free and go on holidays without having to plan for 100% gluten free restaurants which can be a pain. Another side effect I noticed about a year ago now, I can only have one gluten containing meal a day with these, plus a snack at a push, otherwise it does seem to cause an upset bottom so keep in mind these may not be able to allow you to fully reintroduce gluten into your diet! I would still fully recommend for the occasional meal/holiday week however.

Excellent Product.
This product was bought for my girlfriend, she tried on small amounts of food and was found to be bloated. Tried progressively more and still experienced bloating. No sickness at all no nausea just a bloated feeling, considering she used to throw up and feel sick for 12 hours after half a slice of bread she was very happy. She can now eat whatever she wants out in restaurants!!

NOT 30!
They do work as a rescue tablet so I have bought several jars over the last few months to keep in my handbag, at work etc. I always think the packaging is excess for the contents but this time it looked like there were not a lot of tablets in the jar.I decided to count them and unfortunately it looks as though the company is skimming tablets from everyone's jars to make more of a profit. Its unacceptable really. If I'm buying 30, I expect 30 to arrive.

Timing is important, and not a permanent cure
I've been gluten intolerant for many years and recently took these capsules to use for the first time on holiday. I found they work well on an empty stomach, if taken 10 minutes before eating. If you take them right before - or hours before - eating they don't work.Though they stopped the painful stomach cramps I usually get after eating gluten (when taken correctly), I still felt nauseous and indigested the next day so I wouldn't take these as a long term cure for my intolerance - only on special occasions.

Great for emergency use
I would not recommend using these instead of sticking to a gluten free diet if coeliac as I do not know what the Sid effects may be.However when I accidentally ate the wrong M&S Victoria sponge when my sister put the normal one were my gluten free one was I was glad I had these in. It saved me from vomiting all night as I have in the past when I have made a mistake.I was extremely bloated and tired but considering the other option that was nothing.I use these if I am unsure or doubtful as to how good restaurant staff are with serving truly gluten free food.

Think they may help a little bit.
Not sure about these yet. But i think they do something. I am totally gluten Intolerant. So tried a little sluce of toast. Still felt a bit sick but i didn't vomit 🤮 which would be the norm. However i wouldn't trust eating a sandwich. Really got them incase we were out and something gluten was in the food.

Misleading ingredients pic. Snake oil
List of ingredients as displayed in the pic states 'gluten protease', however that's missing in the actual product ingredients. Neither does it work as it should with a slight amount of gluten. To top it off, they don't accept refunds. Terrible
