We've been using this refill for a while and it's great.I'm washing my hands constantly so my skin dries out quite a bit, but this soap really hasn't caused my skin to dry up or crack despite my constant use! I'd really recommend it if you have more sensitive skin.It has a really nice smell to it and leaves your hands feeling quite soft afterwards.It doesn't really foam up very much compared to other soaps, but I don't believe that actually affects how well it works?

Carex is our go to hand cleanser, yes other products are available but having tried some of them (bit cheaper?), we will carry on using what we feel comfortable with. Does as it's label describes, does not cost much to try a small sample first.

Bought this to stop buying soap dispensers every month. It is excellent quality and lasts for ages - eight months so far and five litres still to go. Would definitely recommend.
