Writing this review because after having looked at the product reviews and seeing more negative than good - I was ready to write a 2-3 star review on this phone case because I was having the Same issues.What happened after I took off the pieces of film MENTIONED in the instructions and put the case on:•The Face ID did not work•Typing was a huge pain (had to press harder to type and even then - it was messing up words)HERE IS WHAT I DISCOVERED:The top and bottom pieces of the phone case HAVE 2(TWO) pieces of BLUE tinted plastic ‘screen protectors) to remove. There is a piece inside each piece of the phone case to protect the inside of the front and back ‘screens’ from getting damaged.IF YOU HAVE THIS CASE and it gives your screen a blue hue when you use it, there is Still another film that needs to be removed (The simple instructions that come with the phone case DO NOT tell you that there are 4 pieces of plastic to remove. 2 on the front piece, 2 on the back piece. Inside and out.)I used my fingernail to pry the 2nd piece of plastic off from INSIDE the phone case. It was a little tricky but it made a world of difference.AFTER REMOVING all 4 pieces, FACE ID? Works. And TEXTING? Works like a charm. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE ALL OF THE FILM NEEDED. I promise it helps 😉(If you peep the review photos you’ll notice the 4 pieces I had to remove for the phone to workk properly, you’ll also notice how only 2 of them have an indicator for removal. ALL 4 NEED TO BE REMOVED.)Giving 4 star bc there was a sticker ON the cases camera lens and when I removed that one it left a film so that’s irritating. Otherwise great case though.

The case is great and protects all around. I’ve dropped it multiple times. The privacy screen is good as well. Only thing wrong with it is typing is a hassle and you are forced to swipe to type.

This product delivered all the privacy expected. Lightweight, easy to put on, I would even add the blue light blocking capabilities. My only fail to this product is that it was so dark that my face recognition feature would not work. Other than that a wonderful product

The circle is on the wrong side so my front facing camera is blurry. I like the case just wish that wasn’t an issue. If the company can fix it I’d be completely satisfied

This product functions just as described. Keeps peeping and prying eyes off my screen. This case is very attractive and adds a level of luxury to my phone. The only drawback is this case make your phone noticeably heavier, and at first drop it’s cracked. Overall, before the drop, I like this case.

I like the case and the privacy screen but, the Face ID does not work. This will be going back because I can not activate my Face ID while using this case.

I like the case. It keeps the slim look to the phone. Privacy screen works great. No issues with Face ID at all. BUT you have to press super hard on it when you type. Otherwise you end up with a bunch of typos. So I’m on the fence about it tbh. But hey to each their own right?

Face ID works fine, keeps your imaging clear, and gives you privacy. Remember to take off the blue cover on both front and back

Well it’s nice and shiny and once you have warmed the rear of the case it’s not so slimy. All the buttons feel positive when pressed but the one thing that has happened though is the front of the case has spiderwebbed across it from the corner to the other side. The phone can still used though but not sure if the glass will stay where it is or fall out in my pocket and cut my fingers, so I am changing it for another case but not one of these.I can say my phone is still okay though so it’s done it’s job but it would have been much better if it managed to do the job without breaking the glass.

Apart from the Face ID not working with this case it’s a good compromise as it fully covers the phone

Je vois beaucoup de commentaire négatif, et effectivement je viens juste de recevoir la coque donc mon test n’est pas très approfondi mais je trouve que déjà il y a des commentaires faux.. Je n’ai aucune perte de réseau avec cette coque..Elle est très élégante et fine donc donne un style premium au téléphone.. Niveau protection : bien sûr ça ne sera pas la coque la plus protectrice au monde, mais je trouve qu’elle se débrouille. Oui l’écran n’est pas en verre mais pour le moment il fait le travail demandé.. La protection noir pour éviter le regard des gens sur votre téléphone fonctionne parfaitement.. Le tactile de l’écran fonctionne très bienPersonnellement je valide cette coque. Mais si vous recherchez une coque solide, et imparable pour votre téléphone, effectivement celle-là ne sera pas le premier choix, elle représente plus l’élégance que la protection.

It’s a plastic two piece for back and front cover it’s not a flip top once on you have to use it as a full cover I sent it back as I thought the front opened like a wallet but it does not , if you want full protection it’s ok but I think it’s too thick to use screen with it on
