So, I've been using this for 4 days now, I am currently consuming 4 capsules a day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. So far what I've noticed is that I definitely pass the gas less frequently, same with burps. But what I mostly wanted from this product was improved brain fog which I would say that it works, first few days I didn't notice anything but I kept in mind that I need to use this 4 a day for at least 2 weeks, and the way that I have spotted that it does work is by after eating seeing if I want to sleep and generally become sluggish, which after day 3 I haven't felt any sluggishness at all and I feel normal after eating. Also, to people who said they have constipation you simply might not be having enough water, this is just my experience but I can eat pretty low fibre but as long as I have my water intake right, which is around 2.5L per day I seem to go everyday to the toilet, it definitely is not the big soft poop that internet says you need to have, but I go everyday regardless. Well, I am only at my day 4 and as far as I know it works well for me.
