Together with the equally obnoxious pink hedgehog(?), it is the loudest toy they’ve had, and obviously very satisfying to squeak (I say ‘squeak’ but it’s lower and louder than you’re imagining.) It is pretty durable, but to be fair they haven’t made much effort to chew it as they’re too busy deafening the neighbourhood. You will want to take this away from your dog after a few minutes and then see how you like dealing with the guilt when they sit looking at you appealingly with those big sad eyes. My rating is based on my dogs’ opinion of the toy, not mine. An excellent gift for dogs who live a long way away from you.

Highly recommend this toy
Bought this for Christmas for my Border Collie. I wanted to see how long it would last before writing this review, it is now September and the squeaker has only just stopped. She has a love hate relationship with my partner, so now and then she gets into a mood where she gets hold of a toy and squeaks it until she calms down. She also doesn't like my daughter going out. So instead of barking all the time she gets hold of the fox and squeaks it until my daughter is out of sight. This has been the best squeaky toy she had ever had. It is very hard wearing. She hasn't been able to puncture it with her teeth either. I highly recommend this toy

Good hardy alternative, to a soft dog toy for a dog that likes to chew.
Hardy little toy, from an owner with a dog who will destroy any softer toy in less than a day. This toy for me seems to be the best alternative for any owner with a dog who main aim when getting a new toy is to see how quickly they can destroy it. Although the the ears and arms can be chewed this does not end the life of the toy and open it up like so many soft dog toys out there. The inner plastic body is strong and resistant and ensures this toy should last in most cases. On top of this our dog loves it and comes back to it time and again to play with it and chase around the house and garden. I would recommend to any dog owner.

Dog loved it, so I bought a 2nd!
My dog absolutely loved this, he played with it for ages and it withstood his big powerful had, however, I have a confession to make...the squeak absolutely did my head in and I poked a skewer through the squeak to render it silent, unfortunately, this led to the dog devouring it and it turned into labotomy bear, the poor blue bear with a gaping hole in his brain! The dog still enjoyed it, but not quite as much. Feeling a pang of guilt for ruining the bear and my beloved friends enjoyment of it, I ordered a new one, and he loves me for it. I promised that I won't ruin the squeak on this one, but maybe it should come with earplugs!

Luck of the draw
We had one of these and it lasted a good 6 months before it went to toy heaven. Our dog loved it. It is sturdy with a loud squeak (be warned) and not much fluffy stuffing to be pulled out. So we bought a replacement but it only lasted 3 days due to dodgy stitching down the side. It seems a lottery - very good so long as there are no faults in production. Elmo the Bracco is now distraught that we had to take Foxy off him.

Nice toy just not good for my dog.
Bought this for my 2yr old shar pei cross for Christmas. She loves anything squeaky and this seemed perfect. I believed that being a Kong toy it would be durable and last her, unfortunately it lasted less than 20 minutes, she punctured it within first few minutes and we had to take it off her by 20 as she had invested some of it. Which ended up in a lump 2 hours later on the rug. Along with the rest of the contents of her stomach. This is a great toy and she absolutely loved it, it just wasn't fit for purpose. Perhaps that was my ignorance but I assumed being from Kong it would be more durable.

One of the best furry toys from kong
Well, i have bought a lot of kong toys over time and have never really been impressed with any as they last no longer than a 99p toy with my staff but i continue to but them.because there is such a huge variety and I spoil my pooch. But this one I have to say lasted a long while. Not the outside so much but it did take him a while to get his teeth into it because of the shape and the fact that the whole inside is a very tough plastic casing. Which he loved in itself once he had chomped off the fur. I would defo buy one of these again. But beware, as with all kongs soft toys the fur is a nightmare to get off your rug/carpet.

I'm stockpiling these toys because my dog loves them so much! They're amazingly robust, last forever and act as a best friend to the furry folk.

Def Igel ist quasi unkaputtbar! Bulldogge und Bordermix haben es bisher noch nicht einmal geschafft, auch nur ein Bein zu amputieren! Normalerweise halten bei uns Spielsachen nur ein paar Minuten. Bei der Bulldogge ist der Igel aufgrund des unglaublich gut zu aktivierenden "Mööööp" absolut die Nummer 1!

Nous avons surnommé cette peluche que j'ai offerte à mon toutou "pimpon" car le bruit qu'elle émet nous fait penser à une sirène de camion de pompiers !! Le son est vraiment fort donc à éviter aux moments du petit déjeuner pour ne pas avoir à se trimbaler une migraine toute la journée .... Pour ma part, je la range tous les soirs à l'abri des regards de mon Nouki afin d'éviter un réveil en fanfare MEME SI je raffole de mon chien ! Hihihi Peluche très sympa et solide ! Mon chien de la race des Spitz nain (7 kgs) l'adore avec un grand A !!! Cela fait maintenant 8 ou 9 mois qu'il joue avec et elle est toujours en bon état (voir photo jointe prise aujourd'hui). J'espère que mon avis vous aura aidé !? Merci de m'avoir lue jusqu'au bout.

Mi cachorro ya lleva un tiempo usándolo y no ha conseguido romperlo y es un destrozon de cuidado. Se entretiene mucho con él.
