The taste is quite nice
The taste is quite different than the kimchi bought in an Asian oriental store but I really like the this.

Contains chilli, but not too much. A reliable product. Others I’ve tried are variable, and can be eye-wateringly hot

This doesn't taste nice at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
So, I have 5 jars to return. And I can't return them. I will see if I can give them away to someone that might like them, but I doubt it! Why can I not return your unopened and unused items? Have you stopped returns as you were getting all of your stock back? Amazon needs to stop this kind of ripoff company. Kimchi
Five jars ok but one smashed inside. Not sure how to let you know. Washed broken glass off the other five. Main issue was the smell of fermented cabbage 🤣 I’m not concerned about replacement really.

Tasty enough nice with soups
The taste is unlike kimchi I’ve tried before , it is however pleasant enough and I ate the 6 jars one per week, adding to salads soups etc . The reason I bought the kimchi was because I am trying to improve gut health by eating food with live cultures , however after I bought it and reading reviews I believe this has been pasteurised which I think means the live cultures would have been killed in this process . I would not buy it again due to this especially as I have found other options which are described as raw and unpasteurised

I’m a big fan of Biona products. Was going to purchase on their website, but just so happened to have a look on Amazon and it was a bit cheaper. With my prime membership, delivery was free the next day. Win win situation, I get the product for cheaper and quicker!It does taste good, vinegar smell was a bit weird at first but pair it with something decent and it’ll go down well. I was introduced to it for the healthy gut benefits. Might try my hand at making some homemade kimchi to cut costs. Here goes YouTube university.

Very good, flavourful, still have these jars 1 open for few weeks - hasn't gone mouldy. Rest are stored. Will buy again
