Great product. And value for money is tremendous. Really sturdy. Didn’t want anything too heavy as I bought it for my 91 year old Dad who wanted to keep himself mobile. He wouldn’t be able to move anything with too much weight and this is lightweight enough without being flimsy. He can lift from the floor to table no problem. Well made. Goes together easily. Doesn’t take up too much space. He loves it.

A bit noisy but if watching TV or something whilst using it is not that noticeable. Tricky to get it tightened all the way, had to get my husband to help. Easy to adjust and lightweight so not difficult to reposition

Good exercise tool

The exerciser turned up swiftly, though was delivered in its own box, held together by sticky tape. The machine was quick easy to assemble, though – as warned – it required strength and effort to tighten the bolts securely. Not a problem for me, but it may be for elderly users or anyone returning to fitness. However, properly assembled, the exerciser is still on the flimsy side. When peddling at even a slow, steady pace, the bolted-on top section (containing the pedals) sways slightly from side to side, because the joint is badly designed. In use, the exerciser also makes a persistent creaking noise, which becomes very irritating. As it is lightweight, the exerciser also moves around a lot in use, so I would recommend something like carpet tape to keep it still. I also found that using the stirrups on the pedals – which will be too small for many feet – worsened the movement problem. Using the flat underside of the pedals instead produced a much better result. One other point: after pedalling for just five minutes, with the top bolt screwed down a little so the pedalling required more effort, the metal bars holding the pedals became extremely hot – kettle hot –through friction. This could be dangerous. Overall, it's usable, and does what it is supposed to, but I have little confidence that it will last for any length of time. It solves slightly more problems than it causes, but only just.

This was suggested by husbands physio after knee replacement. No space for an exercise bike. You can sit in a chair and use this, my son also has perthes (hip condition) so can’t sit on a bike, he has started to use it as well. Is helping my husband with re-hab - son also using to help with his hip condition. Highly recommend - Excellent value for money & arrived super quick. Would defo always have one of these. Bargain. It does what it is supposed to and it works well-enough - for what it is. The pedals/holders are not very large so if you try to slide (for example) mens shoes through you will find they will not fit, as my husband found out. The tension screw; well, it seems that this tightens directly onto the shaft for the pedals. It does the job for now, but I'm not confident that it will last long. The front & rear feet are held onto the curved frame using two screws - which I found became loose upon prolonged use and began to wobble. Rather than return this exerciser, these have been drilled and strengthened using nuts & bolts. Now to see how long it lasts but - being honest - for this money it is actually better than perhaps I make it sound.

Easy to assemble, light to move, good size and easy to use whilst sitting.

There were NO instructions for assembling it. I eventually worked out what I think is the procedure, but I've obviously not done it right - how can I with no instructions??? It doesn't sit flat on the floor, but there doesn't seem to be any other way to attach the legs for it to balance. The nuts to hold the top bit on, are impossible for one person to tighten enough, AND hold the item securely enough to TRY to tighten them. I'd say it needs two people at least, perhaps even three to do it properly. There was no mention of this in the item listing. I live alone, there is nobody to help me, I've given up and am going to throw it away. I hope someone at the supplier is reading this. I've already contacted them asking how to assemble it and they suggested I bought a set off allen keys, which I did, at EXTRA cost, and they are no better than the one I eventually discovered inside the packaging. Another waste of money buying more allen keys. Two of the bolts have a large washer, there is one small washer in the packaging. What is that for?? I am unable to tighten the bolts enough to stop the top bit just flopping around not even half tightened. I give up. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

Molto economica, quindi non ci si aspetti granché. Dopo poche settimane si è rotta e la pedalata era tutta sghemba (riparata con scotch,tira avanti). I piedini di plastica non sono antiscivolo, quindi bisogna appoggiarlo al muro o, nel caso di mio.padre, tenerla ferma con un piede, sennò slitta avanti.

J'ai acheté cet article afin de me permettre de pratiquer une activité sportive adaptée à mon handicap. Pratique il permet de faire travailler les bras et les jambes. Mon kiné a le même dans son cabinet

Ich kenne so ein Teil von früher, meine Oma hatte auch so eins um ein wenig im sitzen etwas Bewegung zu haben. Diese Teile darf man natürlich nicht mit einem wirklichen Heimtrainer oder einem Fahrrad vergleichen, schon gar nicht mit einem Ergometer. Dafür sind sie auch nicht gemacht. Ideal sind sie eben für ältere Menschen wenig Bewegung haben oder nicht mehr so viel raus gehen können, für untrainierte Menschen oder solche die sich wieder an mehr Bewegung gewöhnen möchten; für Leute die langsam wieder an Bewegung gewöhnt werden sollen weil sie zB eine OP hatten etc. Es ist für Menschen gemacht die halt innerhalb ihrer Wohnung ein wenig Bewegung haben wollen für die Beine/Arme aber bitte erwartet nicht dass man damit sportlich trainieren kann oder seine sport Defizite ausgleichen kann. Natürlich funktioniert auch der Widerstand nicht so wie bei einem teuren Ergometer, das sollte man auch nicht erwarten. Das kann so ein Ding nicht leisten und soll es auch nicht. Es bringt ein wenig Bewegung und gewöhnt den Sportmuffel wieder an mehr Bewegung und dafür ist es perfekt. Gut finde ich dass man damit auch ein wenig den Oberkörper in Bewegung bringt bzw die Arme. Wer also nicht erwartet damit zum Sport-Ass zu werden und nur ein wenig mehr Bewegung zuhause zu haben möchte, der ist ganz gut damit bedient.

j'ai achete trois , un pour ma mere (91ans) super, facile a assembler (kine etait contente avec le pedalier car ,suite a son avc, ca aide a ma mere de bouger de sa chaise) meme pour une amie, facile a assemble, elle aussi tres contente et un pour moi . . . ce-ci etait tres difficile a assemble, besoin de le frapper fort avec un marteau ! mais enfin ca marche est tres contente sinon je donnerais 5 etoiles !,
