I love this stuff and can see it in my skin when I stop taking it. They say it gives you a 'moonlight glow' and it's true. I've tried 3 different brands, including H&B and this is by far the best in my opinion. My hair is nicer and grows quicker (I had fine/sparse hair) and my facial skin is tight and doesn't need moisturisation when I'm taking this. There are so many other subtle benefits but I guess they are down to the individual. Great value for money too, as I can buy two for less than the price of one in most Health stores.

I purchased this product for my husband after a recommendation for the powder form from a friend. The pain in his shoulder is much less after taking the product every day for around 2 months. It does take a little while to take effect but really seems to have made a difference to a pain that was consistent for around 6 months beforehand. Easy to swallow and taken with the evening meal.

These definitely make my hair grow very quickly. My hair just wasn't growing at all, constantly snapping. I noticed the growth about 2 weeks after I started taking them again after a long break. My hair has grown about an inch over the past month or so. Nail thickness has improved. My skin is looking bright and healthy. They do give you an energy boost in my experience, so I avoid taking these too late. Ideally take them in the morning then you shouldn't have an issue with insomnia. If you're sensitive to things that energise you, take with magnesium to help you to sleep (that's what I do, works well). I did try upping my dose to 2 tablets but the amount of energy I had especially when trying to sleep at night was excessive. Felt completely wired. So I now take just 1 tablet every morning. I'll be making sure I take these regularly from now on, and I've managed to get my mum on them too.

I looked for an MSM tablet that had the least amount of additional ingredients which most brands seem to add (which are unnecessary ) as the ones I used to buy from Healthrack were discontinued. These ones here are far better quality than the previous ones I bought and have a slightly glossy coating making them easier to swallow out of all the brands I've tried, as most MSM tablets are fairly big in size. Natures Aid will be the brand I buy from now on

I’m taking these for rosacea and fortunately they have worked, my face is much less prone to going red now. However when I take these tablets I have to avoid tasting them as they are a bit bitter/chemically; they are lacking some kind of flavourless coating. It’s manageable though and they seem to have worked. I’ll probably purchase a different brand’s though.

Taken as part of a cocktail of supplements for Fibromyalgia, ME and Chronic Pain, I know they help, as I can feel the difference if I stop taking them. I have had other brands, including some really expensive ones, but happy to have found these, as they do the job, and are less expensive. As a choke risk, I was concerned, as they are not small, but taken with plenty of water, I have not had any issues so far.

This is not a soft gel - it is a tablet and quite a large one. Good value but not a soft gel as described
