Prior to Covid 19, I regularly wore a pair of these gel shoe cup insoles in normal shoes and also in my ballroom dancing shoes, to help alleviate pain from plantar fasciitis. Without them, I could only have danced for a short time and with discomfort. A year on, (although not socially dancing) I reckon that these gel insoles have helped to 'cure' the plantar fasciitis, and I look forward to the time when dancing opportunities resume :-)

I have just received these, as only had them in my shoes for 1 day, but they seem to work, when I took my shoes of I could walk with out the pain in my heels as before, so I would recommend these for anyone who has any problems with pain due to pressure on there heels .

Fits fine (size 9).My physio advised me to use these while coming back from ankle injury, to prevent over stretching the calf. You can feel the difference (in a bad way) when playing squash with its fast movements and lunges, but that's the price to pay for preventing injury.

The tapering off is not enough for my foot and the (tiny) horizontal step hurts my foot. It means that I can't use them all day at work which is a shame because I have a job where i stand up a lot. The gel is lovely and soft and cushions well though and these may work on another person's foot perfectly well.

Bought these for my dad. They haven’t solved the problem completely but he does get longer before his heels hurt.

Still rather hard gell when you have a sore shattered heel bone.

They are very good but I have small feet and so they are a little large but they work well .

They don't move while you're wearing them, but they have usually shifted a bit by the time I put my shoes on again. Nice gel.
