I actually check the time much more often just so I can look at it!!! (not joking) The metal used for the watch and strap is good. Not the cheap lighter kind used by many watches made in China. Coming from Japan is another big plus for Invicta.One issue I do have is the second hand not lining up correctly. I'm not sure if this is always the case....if not and it's not normal then I will return for a new one with a second hand lining up correctly. The watch is keeping excellent time nonetheless. It is a bit disappointing to have this misalignment with the second hand, as I have a watch half the price that has perfect alignment.One other thing I like is the size, this one is 37mm, which looks in much better proportion on a thinner wrist.Update: I've been wearing this watch 24/7 now for 6 months. I still love it. However word to the wise - in the first month or 2 the winder that adjusts time and date came loose when I was sleeping and next day I found the time over 1 hour incorrect, this happened twice. I hasn't reoccurred, however could be much more serious issue if it did when swimming. Too bad it can't be screwed down and locked in place like other brands. If this did happen when swimming, it could be a real legal quagmire within the 2 yr warranty period. Assuming the watch isn't water proof when the winder is pulled out....?

One of my better buys good looking and very reliable watch

I read many mixed Invicta reviews and was sceptical about this brand. I was looking for a no nonsense adventure watch, not necessarily waterproof so I will not be testing this feature.As a female with a slim wrist, the 37mm version fits perfectly. I changed the cheap looking and flimsy metal strap with a stitched brown leather one and the watch looks absolutely smart. It will also look great on a nato strap in the summer.It has a nice weight and does not feel cheap at all. I am looking forward to taking my Invicta on many new adventures.If you are happy to replace the strap, I would absolutely recommend this watch.

Pulled the trigger and bought this at a Fantastic price from Amazon, did quite a bit of research and read a lot of very mixed reviews which to be fair muddied the water. I'm used to a larger watch but this will fit the bill as a formal/dress watch but won't be used in any watersports No screw-in crown!, this was a replacement the first one was not aligning on the indexes Amazon replaced as usual straight away!

This watch looks good but I was sad to see that after owning it for 3 months it has started to loose time and in a big way. I have to adjust it each day. The watch does not keep good or even acceptable time.The overall build is good however. Sits nice on the wrist and is good for even people with smaller wrists too.Looks like I will be returning mine to the manufacturer if I can get them to repair the watch or take a lookUpdate- Emailed the manufacturer twice as the watch no longer keeps time at all. Great to have a long guarantee = not so great when its not worth the paper its written on.guess you get what you pay for

Well design great, size great, price great but it doesn’t work or battery flat, really disappointed return underway let’s see if I reorder if it works !I had concerns about the crown it felt very sloppy and no positive clicks between the in and date adjust/time adjust positions, felt like it would come out during wear so decided to not reorder

Bought for my wife and she absolutely loves it. It was a tad too big in the bracelet but bought a tool to take some links out. She removed 3 with ease and it now sits perfectly. Beautiful watch and appears extremely well made. Very pleased with this purchase. Highly recommend it.
