I was pleased that all items were included, including the remote, and the system is unobtrusive and good quality. This was bought to replace a midi system that finally gave up, and this is a really good choice. Easy to set up, although I haven't played around with all the functions yet, but the sound quality is good, its easy to use, and I am very pleased with my purchase. If free standing you do need to hold the unit whilst putting in a cd as it does move, but this is not a serious issue. I like that the speakers can be either attached to the central unit, or left free standing. All in all really pleased.

Bought this for my dad who is 89 years of age. He loved it , he assembled it easily the remote control makes it easier for him too use. He loves the sound quality, he has a love of all classical music so getting the full sound effect is important to him Price was great it is light and small will fit in a small room but has a big room sound

I didn't expect to receive a B&O system for the price of this item, so pleasantly surprised with how well it works. Very compact, not brilliant sound quality, but adequate for my needs. Certainly not noticeably bad, with a reasonable range and not 'tinney' or bassy. Haven't used the Radio. Construction (very plastic) what you'd expect for the price and I will be keeping it in-situe, so not sure how robust it would be if constantly carried around... Overall, it's fine and I am reasonably pleased with the purchase - hence 4 stars

A first-rate experience with this seller. The item is superb...it arrived early in decent, protective packaging and is better than described. I would use this seller again and would certainly recommend them to all. The stereo system looks great, has excellent sound and is exactly what I wanted...it fills the room with inclusive sound and for lovers of music (whatever the range!), it is a must-have.

At £40, this CD player & radio is okay. It's cheaply made, but looks alright. It's rather small, easy to use, and sounds okay (for the price). But if you're expecting excellent hi-fi sound, I suggest buying something else. My first order of this item was faulty, and I had to return it. I got a refund, and had to order another - and they raised the price of the second! So I ended up spending more through no fault of my own. Not good.

There's really nothing about this product that I don't like. It takes up very little space, and the speakers stand alone, which helps with deciding where to put the unit. Excellent sound, modern looks, and all at a surprisingly low price. A great find!

I bought this because I wanted to listen to my CD's in the kitchen. However after a short while, the CD player stopped working! The radio was ok ( which is why I gave one star!) When I messaged the seller I explained that I had already thrown out the original packaging when I set it up in my kitchen. The seller, however, simply gave me a date to return it by and no mention of the packaging. Since I had nothing to package it up with, I ended up stuck with it! My advice would be to keep the packaging until you are sure that the CD player is working on several occasions! Nice looking item though, very shiney!

It’s my own lack of expertise, not the device that is the problem really. It’s not used often as it’s in a garden room, so I forget in between times. It is stylish with good clear sound, even when quite loud. Excellent value and was delivered before the date given.
