Incredible!
Had to wait a while to review this as I wanted to see if I had results before posting- and boy did I! My hair has been stuck in that 'doesn't want to grow, you can't make me' stage for the past 3 years. I've tried everything; hair masks, hair cuts, and all the flimsy tricks like plaiting it for bed and sleeping on a silk pillowcase. Nothing made a difference. As with my nails- I come from a working background where my hands are always dirty, and my nails are always breaking, splitting and are brittle as anything...even nail hardener polishes would be cracked within a couple of hours and so didn't do a satisfactory job. I cannot reccomend this enough. My hair has grown at least 4 inches since starting this product just over two months ago. My nails are actually growing (!) and only occasionally split or break. Everything just feels so much stronger and healthier, I honestly cannot state how amazed I am. I'm aware they might not work for everyone, but heck at the price they are you may as well give them a go!!

- VERY bad acne around the forehead area
This product is very powerful, it really does make your hair grow BUT make sure you drink 2/3 liters of water to wash it out body. I stopped taking them because of the other side effects i had :-VERY bad acne around the forehead area.Dramatic weight gain (3 stone in 4 week )Bloated during night Time.But my sister has been taking them for about 7 months and didn't encounter any of the above issue. I think it depends on the person.

To early to really say if works or not, but have felt more get up and go than normal. With regard to hair growth, again hard to tell as have only taken tablets for 1.5 weeks and had to reduce to every other day as daily makes my back and arms itch like crazy. Gave noticed some regrow this I thin areas, but again too early to tell if because of tablets or natural. Will monitor and review again at end of month.

I’ve been using this for about 6 months now and can definitely see a difference. I was apprehensive as some of the reviews mentioned problem skin, (and my skin is bad enough) but I had no problems in that area. I am black Caribbean - white mixed and have always struggled with my hair breaking off when it gets to a certain length. My hair is much thicker now and has grown noticeably. My sister noticed the difference also so has bought some after I told her why my hair had gotten healthier. I would definitely recommend.

Quick delivery, good product.
Arrived on time. A good price considering it will last a year. Haven't noticed much of a growth in my hair but I have only been taking it a few weeks.

Unlike other biotin supplement I have taken, I haven't seen any improvements in my hair. It grows slowly and there is no other benefits from this capsules which I have been taking religiously for at least 9 months.There is definitely a better alternative out there.
