I can't remember if I reviewed this product before, but I swear by this stuff! I have been using calcium and magnesium for well over thirty years, first of all for PMS symptoms, particularly mood swings, and later through the menopause. I believe the magnesium is the key ingredient in affecting the moods in the brain, but should not be taken by itself in case it causes an imbalance in calcium in the body. The ratio of 2 to 1 in these Solgar tablets is exactly right, according to my research. I take one per day every day of my life. If I do not I go down into depression very quickly. An added bonus is that my mother had severe osteoporosis, and two of my daughters who were tested, also showed signs of osteoporosis, but my test showed that I did not have it. So, win, win. My daughters take it as well, now, by the way. So from the day I started taking these tablets, I have been a very happy soul - well most of the time! Very much value for money. I mean, what would you pay for good mental health?

Good combination of supplements. Took it every alternate day with my breakfast and then paused it for 1 week and resume the cycle. That tablet size is slightly big.

The pills are too big and texture makes it harder to swallow and having to intake 3-times a day would make it harder. But the nutrients is good amount

I have been using this for a long time now, and have found it very helpful in many aspects of my life, including for hair growth. I noticed it worked best when I use the Taoist soap alongside with these supplements, its interesting how you find gems like this when just trying to improve your health. Then again, the body stops focusing on hair and skin, when more important life supporting functions need help. So to it makes sense why it worked this way. I originally started taking this combination to keep my vitamin levels up for calcium and magnesium. I suggest adding K2 or vitamin K at least alongside for general purpose, as it supports it too.

Magnesium really help me and my fiancee with sleeping and leg cramps. This brand is my favourite. And as you can see the bottle is huge and will last us for half year as we don't use it every night and in summer even lesser.

I have just started using this product so its too early to write any product review however huge compliments to the supplier ‘Bhumika Agency’ for on time delivery, packing was intact.
