Nearly All Broken
Unfortunately well over half in this pack are broken. They should have a smooth, convex surface on both sides but most have a flat, rough side where they have sheared in two.

So they say people need 1400mg a day so every little helps, do I feel any better no but can't hurt taking a few extra grams of potassium which helps lower blood pressure
