My knees feel like I am rusty and have been stiff and swollen, I have been taking these for a week and the difference in how they feel and the noise they make when going upstairs is noticeable. I have previously taken Glucosamine with no visible improvement. Only 4 stars as it's early days, but if these continue to help then will definitely consider a 5 star rating. Right now these feel like WD40 for my knees and they move far better.

Ordered January 2020, container marked bbe Aug 2019 and was not sealed. Advised supplier (Supple Nutrients Limited) and they replaced the faulty item immediately with one that was properly sealed and had an acceptable bbe date.

I have been taking these daily for a month now for my arthritic knee pain and have noticed a big difference. My knees feel so much better and I haven't felt the need to wear my knee supports for the past couple of weeks. The weather has been warm and dry and so I cannot honestly say whether that is the reason I am feeling so much better but will definitely continue taking these and hope I have finally found a supplement that works.

Would not hesitate in buying these again. Can feel the pain relief benefits already. The only ones I could find with added vitamins especially K. Great that you only have to take one a day.
