Great gift for a model truck maker
I bought the ANSIO Craft Cutting Mat for my dad, who spends hours making model trucks, buses and cars, both for himself and as custom orders for others. It’s been a fantastic gift for him. The A3 size is just right—not too large, but enough space to handle all his detailed work. The self-healing surface is impressive; despite lots of cutting and such, the mat remains smooth without showing deep grooves or marks. Plus, being double-sided with both imperial and metric measurements makes it incredibly versatile for different projects.One thing my dad likes with these type of mats is how sturdy they are it is, with a 5-layer construction and it stays flat and doesn’t slip around on his workbench, making it ideal for precise cutting. It’s also been a huge help in protecting his workspace from damage. Overall, it’s been the perfect tool for his model-making hobby, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone into crafts or detailed projects like quilting or scrapbooking. Awful Amazon delivery spoils enjoyment of great product.
Great product - when it finally arrived via a hedge. This would be five stars had it arrived on schedule and as advised by Amazon. I actually received it 48 hours after Amazon claim it was 'handed to resident'. Yet again Amazon are incapable of delivering articles to the correct address and are unable to distinguish between a hedge and a 'resident'. Thankfully an alert neighbour spotted it. Amazon 'Customer Service' not really interested as they are powerless to effect any meaningful change in the behaviour of their delivery drivers and the delivery drivers themselves are lumbered with Amazon's useless error ridden delivery mapping app.
