Works Fine !
Used it connect a line out from a Tascam recorder to the mic input of a DSLR - Canon 80D. Works well - a little expensive for what it is, but worth it to get a low noise floor from tthe line out.

Perfect for using Zoom h4n as an external mic for Fuji X-t20
I am connecting a zoom H4n with a Fuji X-T20 and works perfectly. No hiss, clean sound and sync in post production can be avoided if you do not need more then 48khz sampling. Highly recomended.

It give me that buzz sound
Cable is ok. Not bad for signal transform, but I don't like the buzz that it makes. I'm using it to connect Tascam DR-40X with Sony A73 and I constantly get that buzz sound from it. At first I thought it something with Tascam unit, so I tried zoom h4n from friend and that same buzz was still there. Then I tried to change the cable and it's gone. So it is definitely the cable. This sound is not noticeable if you filter it out, but I still must use music in background so that it's not noticeable at all. I wish there was a solution, but I guess it will only works with different cable.

Disappointed
Despite the promises in the description, there is more hiss with this attached than without it. It reduces the volume but the hiss still exists.

Gear: Sony ZV-1 - Mic: Rode Videomicro Compact I've ordered one cable (at first) to replace the Rode cable since it's not shielded enough, causing a bit of static noise. The Movo MV-RC100 had the "Microphone Attenuator Cable" in the name, and it came recommended by YouTubers for the Sony ZV-1. It didn't work 🤣 - I had to increase the "audio rec level" to the max, to barely hear my voice, and ofc the static noise got A LOT STRONGER & LOUDER. (vs the Rode original cable, audio rec level at 11 with great voice & can barely hear the static noise). So I've returned it and ordered another 2 cables, hoping that one of them would work. Same story. I've tried them on my friend's DSLR; didn't work too. Maybe it's my bad luck - but that's my experience. Good luck to you all & I hope you'll find your cable. Happy recording.

Le reduce muchos DB cuando te conectas a las consolas, la verdad que si te hace un paro, lo único que no me encanta es que siento que se puede romper con facilidad, sin embargo cumple su función 10/10

I saw a video on YouTube that recommended this product. I needed to connect my Rode Wireless GO II transmitter to DJ mixer or audio console. Line signal is too much for Rode and I needed this attenuator so I don't fry the transmitter. It's -35 db so it's pretty substantial. After using on event I can safely say that it does it's job. I don't notice any hiss or loss of quality. Very useful tool and I'm pretty happy with results.
