SureFire G2X Pro.

Great torch and at this price can’t go wrong. I’ve a couple of other Surefire torches bought 20 years ago and they’re still going strong but they have a much lower output. This 600 lumen model is a great all rounder I use for everyday carry and law enforcement lights up a football field nicely and being that it uses lithium batteries it’s a great emergency light as you know it will be ready to use anytime even if left for a long period. Great buy and £50 less than anywhere else I’ve seen.

Fantastic torch. Built like a tank. Great 600 lumen high beam. Will take rechargeable batteries. Cons. Very expensive. Tail switch is rubbish and much better on Fenix torches. User interface for tail switch is too distracting and no good for tactical purposes. Non rechargeable batteries are very expensive. So, on the whole this is a great reliable flashlight for home/ work use apart from the tail switch which takes some getting used to. Edited. Ok, got used to tail switch now so that was just me comng from a different flashlight and having to get used to the surefire. I have to say, this surefire is an Apsirlootly brilliant torch. I bought a small charger just for the 123a batteries andsix rechargeables. That's 2 in the torch an 4 charged up and ready to go. Brilliant.

Great kit, ideal for out and about

One of the best torches you can get your hands on!

Not overly impressed by its performance however, I know it will never break and can be relied upon in harsh conditions. Still quite bright.
