Mybabylog Inkless Wipe Hand and Foot Print Kit

i managed to use this product myself even though it suggests you get someone to help you. just simply wipe the inkless wipe on the hand or foot and press down on the shiny side of the paper provided and hold for 5-10 seconds and you have your print!be careful though as once you touch the wipe your prints will go on the paper too if you touch it (mistake i made.. oops!)very good value for money and would definately buy again to get more prints!NOTE! : inkless wipe does NOT stain anything or transfer onto anything except paper provided! ... simply wash babies hands/feet with soapy water afterwards!highly reccomend to anyone wishing to have prints of babies hands&feet! .. i suggest if you are going to attempt to print on your own without help then to purchase two packs as paper is quite small (A5?) and it is a bit footery! plus you may get your own prints on paper like i done .. makes paper look messy. apart from that, very easy to use and my daughter (7wks old) didnt bother much with the fact i was doing it!

This kit is brilliant, remembering to use it while your babies hands and feet are still small is the only problem with it! If you take care in opening the wipe packet you can pop it back in and mummify it in cling film so that you can use it again and again and again!A nice thing to do is to take baby's prints at every monthly milestone, but again, remembering to do it is key... as it stands my twins are 6 months old and we have one set of foot prints each at 4 months old... I suffer from tired mummy syndrome!They're best done when baby is sleeping, but when they're sleeping then I tend to be also, which is why we only have one set of prints!

Although a bit fiddly to use, this is a great item! I got 4 good handprints and 4 good footprints from my baby boy. So good that I'm buying one for every month for his first year - we've done three kits already! Tip: tape the paper down with masking tape to a small hard flat object and take the paper up to your baby's hand and foot whilst they're asleep in someones arms for the best results!Update: My son is now 18 months and we've been suing these since he was 1 month old and I still highly recommend them! We did his 18 month prints last night (sadly, we can only comfortably fit 1 hand print or 1 foot print per sheet now!) and we did it whilst he was awake in bed drinking his bottle and it was easy peasy.

Product arrived quickly, after reading the reviews I was expecting to find it a little challenging. You need to have 2 people to do the prints unless the baby is capable of sittiing still for a while... We used this on our 5 week old little boy and found it very simple and easy to use,dad held the foot to get the prints whilst I held the baby. The only slight dissapointment for me was the lack of wipes, you only get 1 wipe to 5 sheets of paper, if you are planning on not doing all the prints in on go, the paper is wasted. Other then that slight downfall, It was cheap, quick ad easy to use and no mess.... we also now have some fantastic prints that will last us a lifetime. Very impressed, am even considering buying more to do again!!

Was dubious how good these would be as so cheap.Very impress, almost feel like a detective taking criminal prints off of our child!!Make sure they are asleep as you need their whole hand opened. Make sure you don't get the wipe on your fingers as it will easily get onto the paper - I got the wife in charge of the wipe and kept the paper away.Impressed with the quality of the prints. I did end up ordering another lot as they were so cheap and they got better with practice!!

It's great, the prints come out pretty clear and accurate, after a few attempts. Do know that you will definitely need some help if you really want to get an almost perfect result (you'll hardly get a perfect one if your baby is more than two weeks old and is mostly awake and moving). The only reason I gave it three stars is that it does not have enough paper for us to try more samples. Beware of the stains your own fingers will inevitably leave because you have to wipe your baby's feet or hands with that tissue and then you will have to touch the paper - I couldn't figure out how to avoid touching the paper in the process. I guess maybe you will have to somehow stick it on a flat surface so that it does not move and then carefully put your baby's feet or hands on it. Anyway, with all our first time messy experience I thought it would have definitely been better if they included more paper.

I don't often get around to product reviews but as a Mum wanting to preserve some memories of my baby I wholeheartedly recommend this product. It is quick, clean and easy to use and gave perfect prints. Some people say that the prints disappear, I have scanned and photocopied for their preservation.You get one wipe and several sheets and I used for several sets of foot and hand prints of my baby and then my toddler loved having a go as well.Do buy this product and if you can scan and/or copy I'd suggest it (just in case!).

We bought these to make a memento of our newborn baby's hand and foot prints. Simple to use but probably a two person job with a newborn! Use the provided wipe on baby's hands and feet and then press them on the paper. You won't see any ink on his skin but it appears on the paper. Then clean baby's hands and feet. Didn't seem to irritate our newborn baby's skin at all. Lovely to have a record of his prints, they grow so quickly! Will purchase more at later milestones.
