Got this on offer since it was cheaper than the usual brand I use (Westland Aftercut). This did exactly the same job just as well, no noticeable difference. Recommended.

I tend to apply items such as this twice a year, in late spring and in autumn. Following the autumn treatment I scarify the lawn and this removes the accumulated clippings and dead moss and then leave it to recover over the winter and early springApplication of these substances is not easy unless you take the time to mark out the area to treat; I use a bail of twine and measure 1 metre corridors and ensure that the dispenser covers the area. Ideal for a small lawn, the dispenser can be re-used and does not corrode like the push along dispensers.We use it on a 64 sq m front lawn and a 200 sq m back lawn and have to purchase a separate bag to do both lawns.The product does work, the grass certainly does grow stronger after application and it does kill some, but not all of the weeds, but all of the moss. Why it doesn't kill some weeds I have no idea, even when we directly apply and water in the grains targeting the resistant weed. For that reason, I have deducted a star.

Buy this every year and it does a great job, for stubborn lawns you will need to give it time and lots of treatment.

We moved into a house that was 2 years old but had been owned by a consultant who lived in it 3 days a week as a second home - so the garden had never been looked after. It was full of moss and weeds and looked awful.I put this stuff down 2 weeks ago and today I mowed the lawn and then as instructed raked it.To be honest, the grass doesn’t look amazing yet, BUT the amount of moss I raked up was obscene! It had killed it all, making it go black and when you rake it, the moss comes away easily leaving the grass.There is no sign of the massive weeds we had and the grass is looking thicker. I’m confident that in a few more weeks it’ll look even better. Looking forward to being able to reseed it in 6 more weeks time.I think this is something that gets worse before it gets better, but with some tlc it’s working really well for me (and this is my first garden so i don’t have a clue what I’m doing).

I have been using this product for a few years. I had it delivered by Amazon because I no longer have a car and it's heavy. I have a lawn at the front and back of the house. I am quite a lazy gardener so I try to do what's easiest! This includes waiting till it is about to rain/ just starting to rain and quickly spreading it on the grass, then the rain waters it in. (No need for a hose pipe.) I have found that it really tackles the inevitable weeds and moss. It is raining now so I have just applied it & will let nature deal with the rest!
