Kikkoman Tamari Gluten free Soy Sauce, 1 Litre, Naturally Brewed

This time never arrived and I got refunded. I have purchased this before from the supermarket and it a good quality sauce in a strong sealed bottle. The sauce doesn’t leak. Great flavour, nice and salty. The sauce is not thick.

Tastes like any other soy sauce but most contains wheat which makes my husband ill. So this is good and works out good value for money

This is a 'cut above' your average soy sauce... and surprisingly healthy too... Such good value when you buy a large bottle... I'm a big tamari user, but it will take a long time to use up this bottle if you only use it infrequently... Recommended...

Happy to have this cannot be certain but I recently was very poorly after eating foods containg gluten so for now am avoiding it. Plan to keep it in the fridge and use to make home made fried rice using 'day old boiled rice'. Reading online I expect this bottle to last a while if stored in a chilled dark fridge.

I'm a huge fan of Maggi Instant Seasoning but I'd heard of Tamari from Headbangers Kitchen and thought I'd try it. Lets face it - Kikkoman are the daddy when it comes to Soy Sauces, I've used them for years in preference but this was new. I wasn't disappointed. It has a nice delicate simple flavour, and for my palate it's not too salty. It's got enough punch for beef and enough delicacy for chicken and fish. I tried it for the first time when making up a General Tso's Chicken and it was perfect. The ingredient list is well - fermented gluten free soy sauce, that's it, there don't seem to be any other ingredients listed. I have seen a good few reviews for this saying it's powerful in the salt department - I say try it for yourself. Don't go by what others say because tastes vary. For me, it's nowhere near as salty as some reviews said it would be, but this is a soy sauce - you have to expect a certain level of saltiness.
