Superb Faucet
Great faucet, easy install, and superb quality! Not much to say, it does its job and does it well - being able to easily adjust water flow on top is very nice too. One recommendation, if using with a water filtration system, I would recommend a high flow system as it likes to be fed water volume, if you have a 3-Stage filter system that is lower pressure I couldn’t see this faucet working very well. If purchasing with a new filter system, just make sure it’s high-flow, 3M makes a great product for this. One last tidbit, if the faucet hangs over into the sink bowl like mine, 9” is perfect as you have all the room in the world due to the sink bowl, if it’s sitting on top of a bar or something with a solid base below it I would definitely go with the longer 14” model as it’ll be a tight squeeze getting taller glasses or water bottles underneath of it. For most sinks, the shorter one will be the better option. Enjoy.

Bottled water faucet
Works perfectly! We wanted to move our bottled mineral water from the normal stand to inside a cabinet to clear flor space. This faucet works perfectly! Its components are high quality and fit the space perfectly.

Excellent water service!
We’ve had this installed now about a year in our coffeehouse. It gets a lot of use & is a very solid product. Recently we cleaned the blue nozzle & somehow lost it. We contacted the company & they didn’t have a replacement part (literally like $1.00 or less) so they sent us an entire NEW system - excellent customer service!

Defective
This faucet leaked from the spout as soon as it was installed and we had no choice but to throw it out. Terrible quality - even had it worked, the plastic pieces were very flimsy and would not have held up in our restaurant environment.
