Not plastic, definitely terracotta. It has survived icy winters so far. The only thing was that it was too small, my fault for measuring wrong

Does this have a drainage hole in the bottom, please?

Sorry i can’t remember, i returned mine as its didn’t resemble the picture, i wanted it to look very rustic with the stamp on the side but it wasn’t.

What is the diameter of the top of the pot?

Top is 6 inches (15cm). It's a really pretty pot but sadly really small.
