These gummies have a tart lemon flavor and seem to work well.The gummies are pleasantly lemon flavored and of decent size. The texture is nice and smooth but every so often there is a hard glob of collagen inside one of the gummies. It’s a bit off putting but not a big issue.I have notice since taking them that my skin glows a bit more and my hair is growing faster. My complexion seems more clear (although I don’t struggle with acne) and my fine lines appear more filled.This isn’t the best way to take collagen for maximum results but it has been helping and is easier for me than the collagen drink shots or mixing into my drinks.I have noticed a bit of weight gain since taking these. I have had that same result every time I have added collagen into my routine. It just makes me hungrier, I think. If this is an issue for you, just keep it in mind when taking this supplement.For the price, this is a decent biotin and collagen gummy. It’s an easy way to add both to your routine without breaking the bank.

It took a day or two to get used to them but now I love their flavor and chewiness. Most importantly, skin and hair results were 100% noticeable after 20 or so. I'd recommend.

The picture in the ad shows 60 servings per container when its actually only 30. Thats deceitful, especially when an item is not eligible for return.

The gummies have a lemon flavor. Easy to chew. I personally like gummies over pills or powder. So it is good for me . After 3 weeks of using them I see my nails are getting stronger , because since I removed the gel from the nails salon, they were very weak. Now they are doing better. As far as my skin I didn’t have any issues with it so I can not tell. Nevertheless it didn’t make it look bad .

I have been taking collagen and biotin for a while now. I usually take collagen as powder or sometimes capsules, and biotin as capsules or gummies. I was intrigued by this supplement because it contains both biotin and collagen. However, this supplement contains only 200mg collagen per serving. One serving equals 2 gummies. For me that’s nowhere near the amount of collagen I need. My regular collagen supplements contain from 6 to 15g collagen per serving. The amount of biotin in this supplement is 2500 mcg per serving. Personally, I prefer 5000mcg of biotin per serving. Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Zinc are also included in this supplement. If you take multivitamins, immune support supplements etc, I recommend comparing labels to make sure you are staying within recommended amounts.The taste is good if you like strong sour lemon flavor. For me these are a little too sour. They are easy to chew. They only slightly stick to my molars, when I’m chewing them. They don’t stick to each other in the jar. These gummies were formulated in the US.
