I have severe leg spasms due to Restless Leg Syndrome and an old herniated disc with Lumbar Spondylosis. It is very hard to get your gluteous maximus (butt) and hamstrings. The device itself is great. For best results, it is definitely a two-person operation for most issues.

First of all, I trust 99% things I buy on Amazon so I normally do not check if an item is free return, as mostly with Prime account there is free return (and I don't normally return things for fun). This time I had a mistake that I did not check that this massage gun did not have free return. I was sent a defective item which had scratches everywhere, the light was on until the battery drained out, the next use you needed to plug the power cord in as the battery didn't hold well. It was totally not worth $300+, so I returned it and I had to pay ~$40 with FedEx. So, don't risk it, you should better 1) buy from a better brand, 2) check if it is free return just in case.

Great results for pain relief! A little more expensive than some other machines, but we’ll worth it. Super easy to use.

Works as it should and love the Bluetooth capabilities. The app comes in very useful to ensure maximizing usage. The only reason I have given this a 4 star, is battery life. I use it twice a day and have to recharge it as it is pretty much dead. Now I am not using for hours on end, just as long as the recommended routines last (10-30mins), and the battery life is pretty much used. So back on the charger it goes. Just wish the battery life was better, but even then I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I have severe restless legs and would do about anything for relief. I saw trainers using similar device (or maybe this brand) on the sidelines of an NFL game so I looked it up and spent a little more to buy this model. Built solid, should survive several drops, fits nicely in my hand and operates very smoothly. Hope this helps.

I should have believed all of the reviews with one star before purchasing the Hypervolt 2. The one I received showed the battery was fully charged (green led ring on the handle) 5 seconds after plugging it in. The instructions say it could take 4 hours to fully charge the battery so I left it charging for 4 hours to assure a full charge. The Hypervolt 2 would never turn on. I tried calling the Hypervolt support number but after 6 minutes they tell you to try back another time and end the call. I have friends with older Hypervolt massagers which they are very happy with but I will shop for another brand after this experience. I think they are going the route of big profits at the cost of quality.
