It isnt cheap, but cheaper than lifting the floor. Brilliant
My porcelain tiled floor in the kitchen had failed in multiple places where it was laid over an existing wooden floor and unbeknownst to us not with a full adhesive bed by the tiler. Almost every tile was now unsurprisingly creaking after 6 years, but as the floor was fully tiled prior to installation of an expensive hand painted bespoke kitchen, effective removal/replacement was problematic and cost prohibitive to say the least. Also as the tiles were now discontinued, removing them was not really an option for fear of breakage. We discovered this product on Google and i can say is its absolutely brilliant and has fixed all the loose tiles and most of the voids under them that caused the fail. What to know - its a remarkably easy method to apply, drill the grout in several places with the supplied drill bit around the corners (i did the middle as well to ensure the whole void was filled) and inject the substance, weigh down the tile and avoid for 8-12 hours. The area i was filling was very large, so if you have more than the one tile to fix it might be worth looking for the bulk 3lr tub, verses multiple cartridges. I then syringed the liquid in which was hand breaking but i found I had more control than using a gun, where i initially broke multiple tips. I would calculate that I used around 4 tubs and a few cartridge's to fix a 12m Sq floor with a huge void all round. All in all around about £600 and a couple of evenings work and my floor 3 months on is rock solid with few detectable voids now. Brilliant product and a real lifesaver. Also their customer service direct is first class.

Works but......
Purchased this produced as our tiled kitchen floor started having some movement in it under certain tiles, one of them was making quite the creak when walking on it and we were concerned it would crack. We bought this to try and needed the add on needle due to the size of our grouting spacing. Once in the floor the and set the product is brilliant! All our creaks and wobbles have totally gone away and we will be doing another round on a few we have missed - the only issue is, it's messy, very messy so have lots of rags / tissues and a big bucket of water and go VERY VERY slow, no real pressure should be put on or you will find the product all leaks out the bottom of the tube. I bought a decent gun as recommended and on my first try it still all leaked out and I didn't exactly squeeze hard, so the second time I just gently pulled for a second then let go then again, over and over taking breaks after each one second gentle pull. Full bucket of water sat on the tile for 24 hours was enough to set it.

Does fix spongy spots under laminate floor
spongy points underneath my laminate floor. Drilled a couple of 2mm holes in the joints, injected this underneath, left for 24hrs and great improvement. A bit messy, because it is quite fluid, so go slowly with it, but really pleased with results.

Fixed it!
Having watched a couple of YouTube videos of different methods for using this product I prepared well. Plenty of paper towels, mask up the area either side of the grout lines and away we go. In my case I needed to be careful about the depth of the drill bit into the grout because I have underfloor heating. Once I was set up, the application of the glue was fairly easy; not too much pressure applied and plenty of patience. This job could be very messy if you try to rush it. As in the videos, once the glue began to fill the void it started to push out through one of the adjoining holes so you know you are almost there. Having used almost a full tube of glue to fill a 15cm square void under a large tile I left it to set overnight. Next day, the empty noise when I tapped on the faulty area, was gone. Solid job and good value for money.

Good product but the tubes have manufacturing error
This is a great product and does the job. The trouble is the when using the trigger gun the product comes out the back even if you don't use too much pressure. You can end up wasting most of the adhesive. The tubes in my view need a complete redesign

Stay away of this trash
Complete piece of trash! It got leaking from the end and burst into whole floor on myself. I won't buy the garbage even if it is free. P.S. doesn't work if you have an underlay even 6mm underlay.

Pleasantly surprised - great product that works
Great product! Was really surprised that something I bought actually did what it said. With very limited DIY ability I followed the instructions after watching a couple of YouTube videos and using the needle attachment I slowly injected the glue into the drilled holes. The tiles no longer move and the floor that’s been bothering me for ages feels solid. It is runny to get into the spaces under the tiles so just be careful and work slowly.

It works!!
This products works. I used this to fix a few hollow tiles. I did follow the opening instructions ect but it did leak. It sets fairly quickly. It’s is easy to use and the adhesion is very good. Overall very good value for money and if it didn’t leak I would give it a 5 star review.
