Aesthetically Pleasing; questionable quality control; durability/longevity TBD
The products arrived much ahead of schedule during the busy Holiday shipping time, which was acceptable as this was a gift. To preface this review, these products were purchased in December and assembled in January, so winter conditions have not allowed this product to be outside. The product arrived in two boxes (one with the chairs and the other with the table). The packaging was absolutely superb. Due to the weight of the products and predictable movement during transit, there was damage to the outer box, however, the interior packaging protected the products.I will begin with the pros: - Aesthetically pleasing - Assembly not difficult - Includes all tools required for assembly - Includes spare parts (nuts, bolts, washers, caps)The cons: - Quality control: As seen in the included photos, there are instances in which components seemingly made it through any quality control check with issues. > The end caps on the chairs (issues on both chairs) were either not pushed in all the way, and in some cases, had excess plastic that prevented them from being pushed in all the way. The instance of the excess plastic is quite conspicuous and questionable as to how it made it through quality control. > Several "pre-drilled" holes for bolts not pre-drilled. I did not capture any photos because I noticed these almost immediately and assumed them to be just a "chance" oversight. I needed to take the supplied bolts and force them through the "pre-drilled" holes to remove the metal still covering the holes. 2 of the 4 bottom bolt holes on the bottom of the chairs used to secure the top half of the chair to the swivel mechanism were covered and required to be cleared using the method described above. > I will add that the above quality control items are not conceivably the result of damage occurring during transit due to the nature of the problems coupled with how well the chairs and table were packaged. - Component labeling: nonsystematic and apparently random > Overall assembly is quite easy, but, fortunately, there are not more components: each component has a small letter label (small as in 3/16 of an inch or so) to tell which component is which on the parts list and assembly instructions. However, the labels are placed in seemingly random locations (an armrest might have the label on top of the armest while another might have the label on the interior side of the front support bar that attaches the armrest to the chair base). > Consistent labeling would allow for quicker identification of components and expedite the assembly process. - Assembly instructions: to reiterate, but assembly is straightforward, and individuals with experience assembling mass-fabricated/commercial furniture should not have a problem assembling this product. > As with above with the product labels, it is fortunate that the assembly of the table and chairs is not more complicated. The assembly instructions are printed on the backside of the parts list sheet and only includes diagrammatic instructions. > The diagrams are not very detailed and could benefit from being more detailed and less compounded in the form of step-by-step instructions or more diagrams outlining the orientation of product components.Overall: - The durability and longevity of this product may increase my opinion of it, but until then, I would not recommend this product. The lack of attention to detail for assembly through labeling, the assembly instructions, and questionable quality control engenders concerns for the overall product quality.

Good set
Seems like a good table and chair set, only time will tell. If we had not had a proper drill bit for our screw gun, we would still be assembling the set. The bar on the back of the chair hits my husband in a bad spot so we are looking for padding for his chair. Everything else seems good, we hope it lasts.

Instructions Need Lots of Updating
*We really like this set of chairs and table. We needed a higher chair for viewing the bay & ocean over the neighbors' rooftops from our deck. These are perfect for that. The chairs are comfortable & swivel freely & are sturdy. The table is one of the few that is NOT made with a glass top. And doesn't have a hole for an umbrella (our deck is covered, so we didn't want the hole, even though it has a plug).*The only draw-back are the 1 page of 'photo' directions. They are horrible. It would be nice if the company would update them with step-by-step & numbered directions.*Other than that, the set went together nicely and all of the pieces were there and not damaged in any way.

Get ready for a trip to the hardware store
We have two sets of this patio furniture. Our first set arrived packed beautifully, secured well and easily identified. Everything inside was great except 4 screws for the swivel were missing. One trip to the hardware store ensued, screws retrieved, seat attached and all is great. A year or so later, we loved the set so much we ordered another.BAM!!Missing 4 screws for..wait for it………YES! 4 screws for the swivel missing in this set.2 years later. This is the only reason for 4 stars.Otherwise it’s a good choice. We’ve had one sitting outside on the Oregon Coast for the last 2 years and it still looks surprisingly good.Just remember. Count the screws first.

Excellent terrace set
I looked around for a while for a set with 4 chairs for my terrace. Everything was $1000 and the wait was months. Crazy right? I only wanted to easily see over the railing and have a place for coffee, and drinks. This set looks beautiful. It is also very sturdy and very comfortable.I did have someone put it together but it contained extra screws and he said everything fit together. I picked up some reasonably priced covers from Lowe's and if the weather turns I will cover it to preserve longevity... why not :) I have the other 2 chairs on the side. I could not be happier.

Pros Outweigh the Cons
I've had this for a little over a month now and I really love this table set! My balcony is 42 inches of solid concrete and this was the only thing I found tall enough for me to sit it and comfortably see over the wall. The chairs are super comfortable and dry reasonably fast in the Florida weather. Bonus - I haven't experienced any rust yet which is great! The assembly, while ultimately not bad - doing it myself, took forever (close to 10ish hours) using the tools that came with it. The instructions took up one page and consisted of dozens of steps per figure so they instructions could've been a bit more clear (i.e. larger diagrams that broke the steps out more vs having a dozen steps on one image).I love that the chairs have the leveling feature to keep it from wobbling! However, that's a feature missing from the table so it wobbles any time someone bumps it, puts something on it, etc.Another draw back is where the "foot rest" sits on the chair. I'm 5'5" and my feet come nowhere close to reaching and since the bar table is too high to be one my feet just awkwardly dangle.Ultimately, the pros outweigh the cons and I would definitely buy this again!
