HIC Kitchen Wooden Spoon, FSC-Certified Beechwood, 12-Inch

Nice quality, sturdy, wooden spoons. The right size bowl for what I needed (not too big and not too small). I washed, dried and then oiled these (plain old cooking oil) before using. Seemed to work well. I divide up my wooden spoons and use some for savory cooking and others for sweet cooking / baking (I just color the very end of the shaft in hot pink with a Sharpie so I know which is which). I recommend these.

These are nice but they’re HUGE. Didn’t expect that. Very sturdy and good quality though. Seem to have held up now through a few cooks, and washes.

I do a lot of candy making which means a lot of boiling sugar. These spoons are tall enough that the steam and splatters won’t get to my hands, but the spoon itself is big enough to move the sugar as I stir. They are raw wood so seasoning them is key. I use a natural food safe blend purchased from Etsy (following products directions) to season them. Seasoned before first use. Then as needed after. I will never use another wooden spoon again. These are amazing.

Poor quality. Not dishwasher safe. Fell apart within the first month.

I needed some real wooden spoons, had been using dollar store ones and got these gems. These are excellent quality, thick and sturdy wooden spoons. I cook from scratch pretty much every day, love it, went to culinary school back in the day and worked in restaurants. These spoons are amazing quality for a low price given how long I believe they'll last. I wouldn't soak any wooden spoons like you do with casseroles etc. and I do run mine through the dishwasher top rack. Because of that, I'll "season" wooden spoons (bit of veg oil) like I do my cast iron skillets if they start to look a bit parched. Glad to have found these!

This is a very rough natural wooden spoon. I don’t know whether it’s Birch or Maple, I just know it should’ve been sanded smoother. I works.

Perfect size

Rather elegant looking wooden spoon but extremely practical and mixes well. I rather like it.
