I’ve been taking AshokaRist tablets for about two months, and I can honestly say they really helped me. My periods have become more regular and less painful, and I feel more balanced overall. It’s an Ayurvedic supplement that actually works gently and naturally. I’m happy with the results and will continue using it!

I'm giving a 4 stars review because is my second bottle and I don't have the same results like the first one. The first bottle of ashoka did amazing! My hot flushes were gone within days. This second bottle is taking longer but is helping. I guess I have to be patient. I will buy it again.

If you’re thinking about it, just buy it. I usually purchase another brand but opted for this one because of the higher dosage for the same price. I was on Nexplanon years ago and it ruined my hormones. My periods are irregular, sometimes they will be seven days long but more frequently I find that I will have periods that last two-three months with long gaps between periods where I will then in turn grow ovarian cysts. Ashoka has helped me *every time*. When I’m having a ridiculously long period I will take Ashoka and it will stop the period, if I’m two months late and miserable it will regulate me and start my period. Most recently right before purchasing I’ve had months of hormonal breakouts because of my period maybe? starting and then deciding not to. My cysts were giving me sharp pangs in my side and back pain and three days after taking this supplement my period finally started! My skin is finally calming down and I can feel my emotions are balancing themselves out. The only thing I’ve ever been recommended by doctors is birth control and after Nexplanon I’m scared of it, so if you are in the same boat or just need help with regulation, hormones, and uterine health buy this! The pills are more on the natural side, they are more earthy since it’s just the herb but it’s barely noticeable.

I've had Briofood supplements before and not had any problems, but was put off by the container. The inside of the bottle cap was dirty, as was the outside of the seal. Am glad it had a seal, but if the inside of the cap was dirty, and the outside of the seal too, it didn't give me the confidence that there might be a problem inside the bottle and possibly with the pills themselves. I give it 3 stars because I've had other products from them without ever seeing this, but the dirt just made me think there might be a bit of a quality control issue when it comes to packaging.

The box says that the Ashoka is Rubia Cordifolia. This is wrong! Rubia Cordifolia is Latin name for Manjishta, another Ayurvedic herb. Now, how can one be sure what herb they take in the pills? It this just a typographic error or more than that? This kind of error is unacceptable when dealing with medicines to be injested by humans.
