I used this on my iPhone 12 mini and it worked amazingly! I couldn’t believe how much dirt it pulled out of the charging port. Was able to clean up the speaker holes as well with the cleaning mud gel that was included. The product came quickly. Would recommend.

My phone could no longer charge it was so gunked up. I could tell because the charger would not go all the way in. I followed instructions and got little by little lint. Then it happened-a huge chunk was dug out with the attachment shown in the picture.Now my cord goes all the way in and charged like a champ!Highly recommend.

I bought this to clean out the picket lint that was accumulating in my phone’s openings. It’s bulky and odd, but performs well and is easy to use and manipulate when cleaning. I did not get all of the tips included, and found that two of them were not practical for my needs. That said, it’s cheap and you can clean everyone’s phone pretty quickly.

My phone would barely charge. I had to prop the cord up and move it to the right to get it to charge. It was awful. It only took a couple minutes to clean. I couldn’t believe the amount of dust and lint that was in the port. It’s working just as it should again.

My Samsung S21 Ultra was giving me loud beeps when I plugged in any charging cable, warning me that there was a foreign substance in the USB-C charging port. I knew there wasn't water, so it had to be dirt. I took a chance on buying this based on the reviews.First of all, I was pleasantly surprised how much came in the little box slightly larger than a deck of cards. Obviously the tool itself, but also a microfiber cloth, a vial of pink decontaminating liquid, and a couple of extra tool attachments. To say that this is a thorough phone cleaning tool would be an understatement.So I spent roughly 5 minutes applying small amounts of the pink liquid to one of the attachments (the flat square blade style one), and got to work on my charging port. I scraped around in there, and wiped off the dirt every so often on the microfiber cloth (I'll wash it later). After a few minutes of that, I switched to the USB-C attachment and used that for a bit but it either wasn't as good as the first attachment, or I had already gotten most of the dirt out with the first attachment.I let it dry for a few more minutes, and plugged it into the same cable that was giving me alerts before. Totally fixed, and now it's Super Fast Charging like it should be. Amazing. Saved me from having to go to a phone tech who would overcharge me, or worse buying a new phone all together. And now I also clean my wife's phone proactively so she'll never run into the same problem either.Great product!

Useful but the little parts fall out of the holder and i’ve lost a couple becasue they don’t fit tight.

Der Dreck ließ sich hiermit super einfach aus der Ladebuchse meines Handys entfernen. War überrascht wieviel sich dort in 2 Jahren gesammelt hat. Nun halten die Ladestecker endlich wieder fest und fallen nicht ständig raus, was mich manchmal schon beinahe zur Weißglut brachte vor der Reinigung mit diesem Dings hier.
