I've tried hundreds of supplements to help with my major depression and fatigue I've struggled with my entire life. Nothing has ever helped, not even remotely. I've been taking Royal Jelly for about 5 years now. I heard it helped to stabilize your mood so I tried it and it works. It also has many other benefits, including keeping the grays away. I'm in my 40's and haven't seen any yet! Google it! I only ever buy this brand.

I am a fan of royal jelly. I have tried so many brands. I have been looking forward to trying this one for a long time. But unfortunately it was a disappointment for me. I like brands of royal jelly which give intense energy and feeling of well-being and high mental alertness. This one was far from my expectations.

I have been suffering from endometriosis. For those of you who are unfamiliar, I would get really severe period cramps. It would get so bad that I would take so much midol or tylenol just to be able to get around the house. My gyno put me on birth control pills and they helped, but it would give me much frequent migraines. In the end, I decided to go off the pills because of so much migraines.Anyway, I started taking royal jelly because my parents thought it would help me lose weight. I've been trying really hard to lose weight (exercise, eat healthy, etc.) but no success. I gave in and thought I would try it for a month. And although it wasn't a drastic difference for weight loss, it did help. It finally started going down. The big surprise was that I didn't get any cramps that month. I thought it was a fluke. So I tried it for another month and no cramps again. I couldn't believe it. I really don't know the specifics of how this works, but for me, it helps. Also, I've been taking this for a few months and I haven't noticed any negative effects so I highly suggest that people should try this and see how it helps them.
