Can feel noticable mood improvement
I bought this since I tend to be overly emotional and cry too much. The first 3 days I took it I felt a great calming effect come over me. It felt like a miracle! But as I continued using it (days 4, 5, 6) I'd get super emotional and crying for 2 - 3 hours then suddenly I'd feel better after that. Quick internet research revealed that this 10 mg dose is just too strong *for me*. So it's clear that this product is quite abdorbable in the body and it definitely improves mood. But if you are trying it for the 1st time just start with a 1 mg or 5 mg capsule and gradually increase slowly over time. No doubt it does have an effect on your mood. Just start low and slow.

Helped my depression.
Update: I went back down to 5mg because10mg made me less sensitive sexually. I have also noticed even on 5mg that I am no longer tender headed when I brush my hair. Seems to lessen physical sensitivity. I am going back up to 10mg. I am menopause age and these help control crying spells and depression better at 10mg than 5mg. Original post: These are great. I started with 5mg for 6 weeks. I went to 10mg to see if there was more benefit. Seemed like there was more benefit so I am happy with these. Helped my depression feelings a great deal. They did make me tired for a week or two at first.
