Best value for the buck. Even heat, an ignitor that actually works, a side burner that is not like trying to cook with a match, rounded shelf corners so they do not shread your cover thru abrasion. This has it all, for WAY less then a comparable Weber, plus it's a stainless steel shell. Would buy again in a heartbeat. My compliments to Monument for a great product at a reasonable price point.

The media could not be loaded.  Easy to put together. For natural gas use pls note there are few extra thing that need to be removed from inside the grill. Customer service is great. Love it

After a little research I chose the Monument. So far it is as good as my Weber Genesis and is 1/3 the cost.

Even heating and minimal flare-ups. The lighter-weight steel is not an issue and makes the grill easier to assemble and move around.Faster assembly with a drill, but one isn't required. Directions are a little vague on how to convert the grill to natural gas from propane. I had to call the company to figure it out.

The grill is very nice looking. I bought this to treat my husband because he's wanted a big propane grill for quite some time now. It does take a good chunk of time to put together but MOST of the instructions in the manual are pretty straight forward. As someone else mentioned in one of the reviews the instructions for the side burner aren't very clear and it takes some time to figure that part out. Once it was put together though I was very happy with how it looked and how sturdy it is. The LED lights are a nice little touch. The problem I had with it, is that when we were grilling for the first time, everything seemed fine and good until the glass on the lid cracked for no apparent reason. The heat was on the lower setting and it just sorta cracked and glass shards dropped all over the chicken we were cooking. I'm assuming this was just a fluke as I've not seen anyone else complaining about this happening to them. The company was very accommodating though in sending a replacement piece of glass to fix it. It was a little bit of a pain in the butt to replace but I managed to get it done.Overall I'm happy with it. The heat distribution in the back of the grill could be a little bit better for cooking all the food placed on the grill at the same pace, but I've seen this issue with a handful of different grills. I would recommend it as it is pretty good so far and the food cooked taste very good.

Received the package promptly and instructions were good. Grill went together without any issues but I bought this grill so I could convert it to natural gas. I got the recommended conversion kit but there were no main burner orifices. The instructions say to replace them with new ones for natural gas use. Repeated calls to customer service have gone unanswered after being left on hold and then leaving messages. It’s been 2 weeks with no response and I am afraid to use it hooked up to natural gas.
