very good easy to install and the tool was good to have
the battery fit good in phone the tool opened the phone very easily

This battery sucks.
Will not hold a charge. Dies within half a day. Have to constantly recharge it. I don’t use the phone much. Maybe a call per week. This battery goes dead in 10 hours without ever using the phone. Junk.

Flip phone battery replacement
Advised by Verizon to replace the battery, but replacing the battery wasn't the problem with the phone not working.

Batt not charged enough to power up phone...did take charge and perform ok.....Battery does not hold a good charge...needs charge DAILY!

Problem
Phone did not work when we installed new battery. Brought it to the phone store and the rep said the battery was bloated and no good so I would have to order a new one. Amazon did not assist in getting refund since we were past return date.

Power capacity
I could not get the battery to hold a charge. After normal usage during a day (2 to 3 calls for me) the phone was dead. Usually found it dead the next day.

After using won't hold charge
Do not buy this battery. It will not hold charge. Just started having issues and now It can't be returned because it's passed the 30 day window.
