Cheap and poor quality
Was looking for a bulk order of cheaper Santa hats to use for outdoor holiday decor (gnomes) and these were definitely cheap. These are thin and not at all what was expected. Almost paper-like. Not plush and not “fuzzy”. These will have to work, just hoping the stay together if they get wet. If you are looking for hats to be worn by actual people, you do not want these hats! These are definitely cheap throw away decorations at best.
