Photos of the band - a day in the life
I was underwhelmed at first - its all black and white and many of the photos we've seen before. But as I went through the book while listening to the live album I started to appreciate the intended structure. Its a photo book that tells the story of what life was like for the band on a given night (there are photos from 1972-1975 so its obvi more than one night). Starts with pre-gig, load in, onto the show, after party, and then travel to next gig.I gave it 4 stars because I will enjoy picking up the book but it didn't wow me. I can't decide if I'm bummed its black and white, the consistency doesn't hurt the story. The captions at the end of the book are detailed enough. I had expected more but I suppose the bottom of the barrel has been reached long ago.

Amazing condition
Buying an album can be tricky. So many choices. Original issue, reissue, remastered. Which one is best? I prefer the original issue. This record has no scratches on it. Amazing quality. I'm super happy.

There really is no dark side of the moon, matter of fact it's all dark
Roger waters is genius, however DSOTM wouldn't have come to fruition without Gilmore's guitar, wrights songs Great Gig in the Sky and Us and Them as well as masons drumming. Not much difference between the original pressing and rerelease

SAVE YOUR $$$$$ Guys : (
BREAKING NEWS: It's most likely not anything PINK FLOYD Loyalist's haven't seen before, and can do with out laying out $50 or whatever I paid for this Photo Album of the family on there "1973 + Vacation".Other than Not so interesting, as for photos, nothing is captioned on the page - Some AMAZING publishing coordinator seems to think having to go to a section in last pages was a great decision. NOT ! ! !Being able to glance down to see the who, what and where keeps the flow of the page turning journey moving along at ones own pace. There aren't any spectacular color pages or center fold of a Live concert Stage which might have conveyed the energy of the moment and the energy the audience. But NO that ain't happening - ON the up side, it's a top shelf product, bound and produced at a high level of manufacturing. The pages weight and quality also is 1st rate. They did include a ribbon book maker yet page captions are on pg's 154-157.Ohhh what could have been, great opportunity to make a nice offering, its not total wreck, but its not what I was hoping for - Anyone can have mine for $40. + shipping in a few weeks - This might sell out, in that case a reevaluation of this money grab classic will be decided! ! ! LOL
