I had a broke part during shipping and mistakenly double ordered. They worked with me diligently to ship me the correct replacement part and refunded me for the second ordered item. Beautiful bar - great seller experience.
We moved into a place with an enclosed patio and I really wanted a bar! After an exhausting search, I settled on this piece. When it first arrived, one of the front panels was shattered. I was so sad. After multiple emails back and forth between the seller, they ended up shipping me an entire new kit. I somehow managed to box up the old one, and Fedex picked up the return.This was surprisingly easy to assemble. It only took a little over an hour, and I'm loving the end result. It's very sturdy, and I love the racks on top for hanging wine glasses. Can't wait for my first party!

Absolutely gorgeous!
I have to say, the seller was very communicative even when I wasn't very nice. (I saw some negative reviews from other buyers and was nervous about my order) The product arrived perfectly packaged. Set up was tedious but easy to follow once you do what the directions say. (SEPARATE ALL THE PARTS FIRST). I was able to put it together by myself in about an hour and a half. I will say, if you are not good at following graphics, you may struggle because for the most part, there are no written directions...just pictures. I'm a visual learner so graphics work for me! It's worth every minute of assembly! It looks amazing and I get compliments from everyone that sees it. (I added LED lights, as I saw others did)

Easy set up
The directions were clear , I’m not handy but was able to follow - it took me 4 hours bc I misread but once I realized I was able to undo and get it done correctly.

Love this Bar!!!
Assembly was tricky as instructions are not the best but I was able to figure it out. Fantastic quality, looks amazing and worth every penny. But it you will not regret the purchase!

incomplete directions/ zero directions just diagrams
this item is horrendous, lack of complete assembly instructions, extremely confusing instruction manual with zero detail. finally assembled unit minus directions. You have to be the rype of person that likes table top puzzles or find someone to help that is very proficient at such.
