Fire Hazard
I purchased this AC adaptor last June and use it sparingly for my Asus laptop.Tonight, while using the laptop, I noticed a noise reminiscent of sparks and smelled smoke. I immediately unplugged everything and found a small hole in the adaptor cable. Direct contact against my carpet resulted in a burn on the floor.I have never seen this happen with a cable before, and it’s crazy to think that this happened after less than a year of use. Pictures attached. I’m hopeful the seller will issue a refund.

Quit after 3 months
This adapter quit after 3 months. Hardly used. Very disappointed in quality. And can’t find where to contact about a warranty. They advertise 2 year warrantyUpdate : the seller contacted me and refunded the full amount of the charger. I was impressed with the quick response and prompt way they handled the problem.
